Este adorável um quarto, duas unidades de banho apresenta uma localização incrível e até mesmo tranquilidade para o Pier do Parque Estadual do Golfo! Com uma cama king size na suíte master, beliches corredor (para crianças só por favor), e um sofá-cama na sala de estar, esta unidade é capaz de acomodar confortavelmente até 6 pessoas. A varanda frente para a praia oferece vistas incríveis, enquanto você mergulhar na visão, sons e aromas do Golfo do México! Esta unidade possui uma cozinha totalmente equipada e uma máquina de lavar e secar roupa para o seu conforto e conveniência. Existem 2 televisões, um leitor de DVD blue ray e acesso Wi-Fi para mantê-lo ligado e entretido durante a sua estadia.

    Royal Palms é uma bela propriedade com muitas comodidades excelentes. Como uma localização em frente à praia, você terá acesso fácil à praia de areia branca de Gulf Shores todos os dias! Há tanto uma piscina interior e uma piscina exterior, sala de ginástica, sauna a vapor e sauna. Por favor, note que há uma nova área para churrasco. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience for the most part. Had an issue with the main TV that was never taken care of. I called 3 times. 2nd time a maintenance man came but had no idea how to fix the TV. After 3rd phone call I gave up.

Gorgeous view of the gulf from balcony. Wonderful to walk out onto the beach from the condo complex. Close to many choices for dining, recreation and shopping. We love Gulf Shores!

Beautiful Beachfront View and excellent Gulf Shores location.

We found this rental unit to be clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We would be happy to rent this unit again and recommend it and Bender Realty to family and friends.

A wonderful vacation

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable,and the view was beautiful i sat out on the balcony and watched the dolphins come through early in the morning, I highly recommend staying here, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Overall it was ok. It is small but that is what we wanted. Furniture was older, especially the sofa and balcony furniture cushions. Balcony railing was moldy. We noticed some dark spots in the ceiling. Bedroom fan had to be adjusted to work. Condo was well furnished and clean. Great view. One of the elevators kept malfunctioning. With a little effort it could be excellent.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view. The property is at a great location. Close to the state park and 59. Only issue would be the sofa bed in the living room. The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Bunk beds need to be for little kids.

Boardwalk

This property was perfect for our stay. I love that it is the last condo heading towards the state park. Less crowded. I would recommend that someone might suggest to the owner/rental property owners of the entire building that several boards on the boardwalk need to be replaced for safety concerns of guests.

Beautiful location

Beautiful views. Had everything needed for cooking for the family. Overall all everything was great. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Cabinet handle/knobs were greasy and freezer was a bit dirty. Decorative pillow for bed were dirty with white spots on them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for a beach vacation. Being right next to the state park beach made it less crowded than most areas. The facility was clean, had everything we needed, and accommodated a wheelchair. Security was good, pools clean, and our condo had a great porch overlooking the beach. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo, and was well supplied with cooking utensils. Parking was easy and location great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. Loved the vintage touch - will have to remember to bring a cassette or two if I stay here again. Only complaint was it wasn't the cleanest. Sand already on the floor before we left for the beach, and as soon as we turned down the comforter we saw a long hair. It was fine for our quick trip, but definitely not on the luxurious end.
