Great place for family

All 15 of us really loved this property! 2 houses down from the walk way to the beach. The pool was 2 streets over, you could walk but also super easy to drive. Plenty of room in the house and lots of towels.

Perfect for a large grouo

This house was great for our family gathering of 16, ranging in ages 2-69. The kids had plenty of room to play and hang out and the numerous decks and hot tub were wonderful for early mornings and late evenings. The elevator made it easy to bring our stuff up to the third floor, as both my husband and I have bad knees. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of seating space for all. The place could be improved with just a few fixes. The water pressure was not so great and one shower did not drain well. The hot and cold were reversed in all the bathrooms. The kitchen needs to be stocked a little better, and the hot tub needs a little better cleaning. It would be nice to have hooks on the doors in the bathrooms to hold clothes or towels. It is not very far to the beach, which makes it nice, and there are two hoses in the garage level to wash the sand off when coming back from the beach.

A house that fits a large family gathering. Huge kitchen, bathroom for all bedrooms and don’t forget the hot tub. My favorite was watching the dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee. We all had a great time

Family Beach Trip

The house was a perfect size for our family of 13. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The ice maker and elevator was nice extras. Property Management was great and immediately responded to any issues we had.The beach was great. We saw lots of dolphins!! We also liked being able to leave our beach equipment on the beach at night. Our only complaint was the TV and internet. Internet was terrible; we were unable to get a good connection the entire time we were there. A couple of my family members needed to check in at work, but couldn’t due to poor connection. Since the TV is streaming only, we had no reliable service.

Oceanside View

Great piece of property!!! Every bedroom had a bathroom and kitchen was huge and functional. The view from the decks was beautiful. There were very few towels and supplies. We had a late check in because house wasn’t ready. Overall a great experience.

Disappointed

Was not clean. Was told it would be recleaned, then never heard back from management company. None of the cabinets stay closed, air filter was impacted, etc.

USA II

Wonderful property! We had a great time! Hot tub, plenty of toys to take down to the beach, and an awesome rooftop deck made for a special trip with lots of great memories. We lost my dad in August and my 81-yr-old mom loves the beach and wanted to take the whole family. It's been great for her to have something like this to look forward to, and it did not disappoint! The elevator was a huge help for her! She had a great time. We all did, all 17 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 81!

Wonderful family trip!! House was missing some nice to have amenities.

Overall we had an absolute blast with family for Thanksgiving in the Gulf Shores area! Everything was so enjoyable and we made memories we will always cherish, but there were some small improvements that would have made it stellar. I'll start with the things we loved: - Super comfy beds and TVs in all rooms but one. - Every room has its own bathroom. The upperstairs bathroom and downstairs kids room does dual as a community bathroom when needed. - The kitchen is nice and big and is fairly well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, stovewear, etc...rental quality for the most part, but the dishes/cups were nice, and you even had a few extra things like a crockpot and broiler. We did bring a kitchenaid mixer since we drove lol - it was much appreciated if you plan on baking or cooking family meals a lot. - The beach is literally right there and the decks have beyond beautiful views with tons of nice seating and tables. - Living room couches and area is really comfy and open. - The dining room table is large and perfect for meals and family games. - The elevator was helpful since we had a larger group. It was easy to send up all the food and cooking gear. It was a fun, unique quirk that was useful. Now for the items we wished were included: - Additonal toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, and small household iems like that... we arrived to a single toilet paper roll in each bathroom - 5 rolls for 12 people for 7 days. There were some small, hotel-style hand soaps in the private bathrooms, but no soaps other than that. Similar to the toilet paper there were two dishwasher packets and a single detergent packet for cloths. No trash bags besides in the trash can. I think there was 1 paper towel roll and there were a few washrags/towels for dishes. We didn't have enough bath towels for every person though. Just small things that would have made a totally different first impression that would have been much more welcoming. We paid almost 7K and expected a bit more on this front honestly. - The hot tub did act up a bit and wouldn't heat as high as it should, but still worked. Someone fixed it the next day though, so the service was great. - We got there at 3:50, we tried to get in and not thinking about it called. We were told to wait 10 minutes - we walked the beach so really it was no sweat, just kind of humorous.

Fun Family Vacation location

The Kids enjoyed the hot tub as much as the beach. The property was further out than expected- but it was in a very nice gated community. Great place to get away to if you don't like crowds. We enjoyed cooking for all but 1 dinner out.

Family spring break

This property has potential. The location and layout of this house are great. That being said, they rented it to us before being ready (it is being has a building permit posted on it) for people to stay in it. Smoke alarms were not up, closet bars were not installed, toilet paper bars were missing, drawers were filled with knobs, hooks, construction hardware of all sorts. One corner of the kitchen counter was not fastened down. The five televisions that were there were not connected to cable of any sort - we had the wonderful maintenance man there for two of our days working on getting antennas to work, but those were basic. The hot tub was very dirty. The cleanliness of the entire house was not what we were expecting. The amount of dust everywhere was bad, but when I looked under the beds in one of the rooms and saw dirt and packing papers I knew cleaners really hadn't even looked under there. The manager offered to send housekeeping back out, but when we only had four days left we didn't want to share one with people working inside along with all of our belongings. The manager and maintenance man were wonderful to work with. This house will be great upon completion, and getting a thorough cleaning and some type of tv connection.

Great House - Needs Updates/Repairs

We loved the location and the house for the most part. The weather was AMAZING this time of year. The dishwasher did not work (it would run and they would all still be dirty when it finished), which is rough for a large group. It just needs some updating overall for the kitchen mainly. Overall great place though!

USA2 Summer Vacation

Overall, this is a great property. We arrived the week before July 4th & were thrilled to be right on the beach! Seriously, the location could not be better. The house was clean & the view was amazing. The property originally advertised dual bunk beds in one of the rooms but we found out shortly before arrival that this wasn't the case. The management company provided a couple of inflatable mattresses & an electric pump, so that worked out okay (kids slept on those). The kitchen was great & stocked pretty well. The only thing that I would recommend is to add some oven mitts & maybe a dish scrubber. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed. The drawers for pots & dishware...don't pull them out all the way. They are not sturdy past the half-way point. We had a sticky door & a little mouse running around on occasion, but no big issues. The management company is VERY responsive & had a repair guy out to work on the sticky door almost immediately. Overall, a great place to stay. Again, you cannot beat the view, the location or the deck on the top floor! Thumbs up for USA2!

Beautiful home with elevator

The home was perfect for our party of 12. We were able to access the beach by turning right from the backyard and walking maybe 25 yds. Per the area of Fort Morgan, the beaches are clean but the water is green. Be sure to grab groceries before you go. The closest market is about 25 min up the road. The elevator was a blessing as our party had a few elderly individuals. In all, the listing was concise and perfect for us. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the USA II. We had fifteen in our group. Five couples and five children. Instead of using the bunk room for the kids we let one of the younger couples use it and used the air mattress and pull out couches for the kids. Worked out great. While the entrance to beach on the right is shorter from the house it is a little more challenging if you are pulling a beach cart like we had. Beach was not busy. We loved the area.

Okay experience

Our experience was okay but nothing amazing. Upon arrival there on a Saturday there was construction equipment in front of the car port and it was raining so we had to unload some of the cars in the rain. The equipment wasn’t moved until Tuesday. Other things to note, the bunk bed room DOES NOT have 2 bunk beds but just 1 (and the 1 in the room isn’t the same as any in the pictures) and the top mattress was almost even with ledge so me and my husband had to sleep on the top bunk while our kids slept together on the bottom bunk. (Which was crammed and they were upset about) I won’t go to much down this topic but we also only got 2 towels for all 4 of us to share. 2 last things, the door knobs facing the ocean were VERY difficult to open. (If they opened at all) so that was really annoying. And the path to the beach had a ton of construction scraps and glass from the surrounding houses. Ending with the positives the house was big and good for our bigger group, and the ocean/roof view was really pretty. The ocean didn’t have a lot of people which was also really nice. Probably would not stay here again unless the above things were fixed/updated. I did notice while there it’s in the process of being sold so hopefully the new owners will turn it around because I feel like all the things i didn’t like about this house are fairly easy things to fix.

Spring Break 2021

We loved the location and the beaches were not crowded. The house accommodated our group of 17 perfectly. We were however very disappointed that only 1 tv in the house worked and that a house with 5 bathrooms did not have an adaquate mount of hot water. Lots of cold showers were taken during our week stay! Also we know recent storms caused lots of damage around the house but there were huge chunks of glass and debris in the sand right at the end of the boardwalk that could have seriously hurt someone had we not seen it and tried to get it all up. The area really needed to have been raked. The A/C went out but was quickly repaired after one call to the property manager. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but correcting those few things could have made it even better! We hope to revisit again next year!
