Very nicely furnished with loads of amenities, this remodeled and upgraded one bedroom and one bathroom condo offers great views from the balcony and a terrific location close to shops, restaurants, and more. Relax in the newly furnished living area to enjoy a flat screen television when you feel like a break. The kitchen offers granite countertops and several appliances with black finishes, including a flat top range, plus the cookware you need to make meals. There are two stools at the breakfast bar and two chairs at a nearby dining table. Enjoy drinks and snacks on the tiled balcony, which has multiple seats. Your master bedroom suite features a queen-size bed, a television set, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower.

Just a little getaway for my husband and i. Beach view condo was perfect for just the two of us. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony. Also, just a short walk and you where on the beach. If you're cooking at the condo be sure to bring salt, pepper, etc. other than that all was good.

Great Property and Location

The property and location were great. It was exactly what we expected. My only complaint is that we were'nt able to exend our stay a few days after booking when the additonal days were available on the site. We were only told they could not accodate. I guess I understand they want to maximize profit. Overall, we were happy with everything. Would stay again.

Spring Break

The condo was in a great location with an amazing view from the balcony. Very clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be that they supply you with extra toilet paper (only had one roll for 6days), salt/pepper, foil and dish soap. Other than that it was a great place and will stay there again.

Beach Getaway Trip for Two

Condo was super clean and decor was appealing. Perfect size for two people. The complex was well maintained and the pool area and landscaping was beautiful. Enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from pier and watching dolphins from our balcony. Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway!

Clean and nice

We had a great time! The room was nice and cozy was perfect for myself and 2 other friends. The mattress for main bed and pull out couch could be updated they were hard/thin. Check in and check out was simple. The beach was directly across the road from us. The only down fall was we were farther from restaurants than we thought so we have to drive about two miles to eat.

My family of 4 loved this condo, especially the fact that we had a great view of the beach from our balcony and of the lagoon from the front door! The lagoon was gorgeous as the sun was setting. All the items in the kitchen are very unorganized (had to search every cabinet for the right mizing bowl because they were all in separate places)...frustrating, but definitely not a deal breaker. The master bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! I wasn't crazy that the master bedroom is literally right when you walk into the condo, and there are only long saloon type doors to separate your room from the rest of the condo, but it wound up being okay for just a week. The pull out couch was very roomy for my 2 boys (5 and 7). Having a washer/dryer in the unit was SO nice! It was the tiniest washing machine I have ever seen, but it worked great and we were thankful to have it. The check in/check out process was very simple. My biggest complaint is that before the trip, I had some questions about the condo, and the email responses were terrible. They were abrupt and unprofessionally written, didn't answer my questions completely, and one email even said if I had any additional questions, to contact them at XXX-XXX-XXXX. So if at all possible, don't email this company for questions, call them. Don't let it stop you from staying here though. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and I recommend it for couples or families with young children.

Clean condo, ocean front view, but....

Our condo was clean with all necessary things needed. Unfortunately this condo 612A didn’t have any helpful items to carry with us to the beach as often most condos that we rent will provide extra beach items, but that isn’t the reason I took off a ⭐️ star. I mean if we get extra items to help on our time down by the ocean then I consider it a huge bonus from the condo owners! I removed the extra star, bc while building A is ocean front it isn’t that close to the ocean. We did have a designated boardwalk, but we 1st had to walk across the long parking lot, bc u need to view the condominiums birds eye view photos of the place to see that the building has a huge parking lot in front of the complex & then of course west beach Blvd is the street we had to cross to get to our designated boardwalk. It isn’t a very busy road & the area of the beach we set up at is directly in front of the designated boardwalk for the hotel isn’t crowded, bc it’s a private area. I guess I just prefer to walk out of the place I’m staying & right into the ocean. The pool was very clean & the pool area was Island tropical looking with all the nice plants & palm trees. The smell of mildew was strong at different times of the the day when entering the main lobby where building A’s elevator is. Other times I could tell they were trying hard to cover the odor with bleach, but they really need to get to the source of what is causing the mildew smell, bc each day I was there I still smelled the mildew. This means they never actually got rid of the smell. I didn’t remove a star, bc I know they acknowledged that the smell was obvious & they were trying to “fix” the smell. They really just need to search for the source & “repair” that problem. So; if u have a mold allergy then u may want to consider to rent a different condo complex, bc I know I smelled that mildew smell at different times throughout my stay. I actually went to the new local Dollar General & bought some air fresheners & things that absorb strong odors & I placed them in our 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. It really did help with the mildew smell in my condo! Overall; we enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores, but most likely will rent elsewhere until we know they’ve corrected the mildew smell!

Wonderful View and Close Walk to the Beach

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing, and the walk to the beach was less than two minutes, just across the street. You have a large pool and small hot tub available with bay views. It was gorgeous! There were a few small downsides. One of them being that the condo itself was a little smelly, which is probably due to not being used year ‘round and the dampness in the air. Another downside was that there wasn’t a designated spot to put your stuff after the beach, since the front door leads right into the bedroom. So, sand got everywhere. But I guess that’s the point of being on the beach! The place itself also wasn’t very romantic or cozy, but that didn’t bother us too much. Overall, the place was nice and perfect for two people. Again, the views were amazing!

The property was beautiful!

I was so impressed with everything. Clean and the view was beautiful! The only issue I had was how to get the key for the condo.. I thought we went to the office onsite. But we had to go to the realtor where we rented. I know it was my misunderstanding.. but I think it needs to be in large print. But other than that we loved it!!!!! So glad found this unit.
