The Space:

The Resort at Gulf Shores Plantation (building #4) was destroyed in Hurricane Sally and had to be stripped down to the studs. The entire building is brand new and it shows. It's stunningly beautiful.

Unit 4307 is a serene, quaint, and affordable 2 BR/2 BA condominium that is just perfect for a small family, two couples, devoted golfers or a romantic couple getaway. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, non-smoking condo is brand new (building re-opened in November '22) and decorated with soft beach colors to lure you closer to the beach portrayal that you had in mind. This 3rd floor unit has a beautiful gulf view that can be seen from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a wall mounted TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The living room features another smart TV and a queen sleeper. The unit sleeps six comfortably.

 

The kitchen is equipped with all new major appliances, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & coffee maker.  Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor for your convenience. Linens are provided with the unit however we recommend that you bring your own beach towels. The dining table accommodates 6 people. 

 

The unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi and is also available throughout the resort. 

 

Gulf Shores Plantation offers many onsite amenities for your fun filled vacation time! With 6 pools located directly on the Gulf, indoor heated pool and hot tub, adult only hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a charcoal grilling area. With all these great amenities located at your vacation destination, why would you need to go any where else? 

 

Nationally ranked world-class Kiva Dunes Golf Course is next door along with their Clubhouse Grille and many other well know courses such as Cotton Creek & The Peninsula are just a short drive away!
