The trashcan had previous peoples trash. A dirty plate in sink. The entire floor was wet from the maids mopping living area and kitchen. We had to take our towels provided to dry the floor. Only to later find out, we couldn't get fresh towels. And told by host that we were provided some at checkin. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper.....Which we had 6 people and stayed 4 nights. At a beach. Only being provided 3 large bath towels and washingrags. Pots were rusty. Oven mits were dirty.Headboard had a layer of dust on top. And curtain in living room barely was hanging on to wall. Bath tubs were not cleaned . They had a ring of yuck around them. Our son got stung by a jelly fish, and there was not 1 first aid kit on property...only getting a response from host back hours after when we asked about possible first aid kit. Pools were nice as well as a great location. The lady (she had short hair and glasses)working the entrance checking car tags upon entrance was an absolute pleasure. She was upbeat and happy Super sweet and helpful. Our kids loved waiving to her when she greeted us everytime. She was a delightful positive influence. She needs to be commended for her leadership. If only more people were as friendly, the world would be a better place.
