🛋️ LIVING SPACE
The open living area is a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, with Gulf-front views, plenty of natural light and large sliding doors leading to the private balcony.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided, and the queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space when needed.

Step outside to the private 5th-floor balcony overlooking the Gulf—a relaxing spot for morning coffee, conversation or simply enjoying the beach and water views.

🍽️ KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils and everyday essentials for easy meals at the condo.

Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided (coffee not provided). The dining table and additional bar seating provide plenty of room for meals and snacks.

We try to keep helpful kitchen basics on hand, including salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, sugar and creamer.

· Hallway Bunks: Twin-over-twin built-in bunks
· Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

The condo sleeps up to 6 and has one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The primary bedroom includes a Smart TV and thoughtful bedroom comforts, including room-darkening window coverings, a ceiling fan, box fan, full-length mirror, luggage rack, hangers, door hooks and extra bedding.

🧳 WHAT’S PROVIDED
We've tried to think of the everyday things that make arriving and settling in easier.

All bed and bath linens are provided. Please bring beach towels.

A starter set of essential toiletries is included; additional toiletries may be needed during your stay. The kitchen and bath are stocked with extra paper products and trash bags, and dish, laundry and cleaning supplies are provided.

An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience, with laundry supplies provided.

A Pack 'n Play is provided for guests traveling with little ones. Please leave it out for cleaning if used.

📍LOCATION
Gulf Front Getaway is located directly on the Gulf in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, with beach access right from the Seacrest property—no streets to cross.

Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, groceries and other everyday conveniences are within walking distance just across West Beach Boulevard.

The Hangout and heart of Gulf Shores are approximately 1.5 miles away, while Gulf State Park, trails, dining, shopping, attractions and entertainment are just a short drive away.

A vehicle is helpful for exploring more of Gulf Shores and the surrounding area.

🚗 PARKING
One parking pass for the on-site Seacrest lot is included with your stay.

One additional parking pass may be purchased for $35. The second vehicle must park in the overflow lot across the street. Maximum 2 vehicles.

The parking garage is reserved for owners only.

☀️ SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE
Complimentary beach service includes 2 chairs + 1 umbrella, available seasonally March 1–October 31 from 9 AM–5 PM.
To use the beach service, give the attendant your unit number. If the attendant isn't there, choose an available set until they return.

You'll receive a quick check-in message to make sure everything is off to a great start. A digital guidebook and in-unit welcome center provide helpful information for your stay, and we're always available if you need anything.

These features are part of the waterfront experience but come with inherent risks (such as slipping, falling, or water-related injuries). By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these risks for themselves and their party.

Please supervise children at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party follows these guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted under Alabama law, the property owner and association are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property related to the use of the premises or amenities. By confirming your reservation, you agree to release and hold harmless the property owner and association from any claims arising from your stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
