This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 5th floor and features a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite features a King bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The unit features a large private balcony with access to the living room.

The unit also features built-in Twin bunk beds in the hallway as well as a Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. This unit has tile throughout and a full-sized washer/dryer.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Royal Palms is located one mile East of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, adjacent to Gulf State Park. Property amenities include free wireless internet, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and limited covered parking.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
