Our privately owned condo is located on the second floor. It offers two bedrooms and two newly remodeled baths, and can accommodate up to four guests. The living room is equipped with a sofa and loveseat, streaming DirectTV, and a balcony with a breath taking view of the lush landscaping and the beautiful Gulf of America. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances to include refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen also has all the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans you could need. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower, streaming DirectTV, and access to the wonderful balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is also newly remodeled with a tub/shower combo. This unit is also furnished with wireless internet access, an ironing board and iron, and linens for the bedrooms and the baths.
