We love this place

The condo was right on the beach and the people we rented from stayed in touch often and even offered to extend our stay for a discount!!! Will definitely use this again

Fun in the sun

Everything was great. Place was clean. AC worked great. Comfortable place. Everything worked properly. To too far. Only bad thing was climbing 3 flights of steps every day.

I was not happy that we were put on the 3rd floor and we had to climb 3 flights of steps. I have Arthritis and my husband had leg surgery in March. There were other condoes that were empty that we could have sysued in. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and mold in the coffee pot..those are the only components i have. We are in our 60's and and not able to do a lot of syeps.

Not exactly as pictured

The condo was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. It was smaller than i was expecting and the pool was smaller than the pictures make it seem. We did notice a few bugs(roaches). If you dont like climbing stairs I would not recommend, they have no elevator. Parking is not great if you have more than one vehicle that is coming. I paid $36 for additional parking, but it was not guaranteed parking. They have visitor parking and if you luck up and get in a spot you are ok, but if not you will have to park down the street in a lot and have someone from your party come and pick you up which is very inconvenient. They will have your car towed if you do not have your parking pass in the car. Bender Reality did offer to let me pay $20 to park in there lot, but it is to far away. Overall we had a good time and the location is great for the peivate beach. It is located in a good area for eating and shopping. We would stay here again if we could get on the bottom floor of the condo and if only traveling with one vehicle.

The stay was very nice and great view on the beach. It was a much needed vacation . We were satisfied with our stay and closeness to beach access. ⛱️

Good Enough for What I needed this time except for Dish Network!!!!

It was comfortable. The clothing drawers had a musk smell when you open the drawers, just didn't use it! You pay a cleaning fee, but you have to clean it up before you leave!!!!!! Dish Network didn't have local channels to be able to WATCH LSU!!!!!!!!!

Property had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Sand was on the floor and in the sheets. Very dusty. Good location for the beach and restaurants.

Perfect location

My girlfriend's and I were looking for a quick getaway and this place was perfect. Close to the beach, had assigned parking, and the pool was nice while it also didn't break the bank. It was a great stay for us.

Heaven

This was a clean property and had all main essentials. The only thing that I did not enjoy was being on the 3rd floor, 47 steps and no elevator. Overall it was worth the money.

Cheap but dated

Condo was cheap and relatively clean but extremely dated. Fan in living room was not useable because it shook so bad when you turned it on that the thing seem liked it was going to fly off. Staff was great during the check in process and leading up to the check in process. Pool was nice and hot tub was nice.

Perfect little condo

We enjoyed staying in 310. It was on the top floor with a decent view of the ocean from the front door for a budget condo. Some.of the furniture in the condo needs to be updated. But overall was clean. However, there is no elevator, which is fine, but can be taxing with young children, unfortunately until our children are old enough to help carry their luggage up three flights of stairs, we won't be able to stay there.

Outdated and NOT maintained!

Our property was awful. Holes in the walls were patched and never painted. Outdated by 25 yrs. Stay somewhere else.

It was okay the pool has a little to much chlorine in it and the hike up the 3 flights of stairs is not fun but it has beach access the hot tub was great No loud people the room was clean and smelled nice overall it was a great week in gulf shores we will be back

Nothing Fancy

It was nice to have easy access to the beach, an assigned parking space. The property manager was very helpful. The condo is adequate but by no means fancy. It reminded me of military housing from the 1980s, and could really use some updates. I don't think I would stay here again.

Over priced and run down rip off

For the amount I paid to stay here it was awful. There was black mold growing on the wall. Filthy dishes in all the cabinets. Small pieces of rotting food in drawers and cabinets. We where afraid to use dishes so we went bought some! There was black filth all over the ceilings. The door knobs where falling off. The ad never stated it was a two building property and we where in property away from beach. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Enjoyed our stay.

We came down for a softball tournament in Foley. Easy access to the fields. Room was clean make sure you know that the dryer lint trap needs to be cleaned. It’s in the back of the tub. It was totally full and when we pulled it out that was also full. Other than that nice place to stay.

The condo’s oven door was broken. I was informed about this at check in. The handle to turn on the water in the bathtub was broken. There was sand all over certain pieces of furniture. The condo was ok considering we did not spend much time in it. The appliances need updating and so does the bathroom. The A/C worked wonderfully. We enjoyed our stay but if we come back we would want a different condo.
