Relax in style with this spacious condo located at Romar House. This 3 bed/2bath corner unit on the 4th floor has its own private entrance and is almost 1700 sq. ft. so you can enjoy your time here without feeling cramped! This is a private and gated community that doesn't have many rental units, so know you don't have to deal with wild commotions and overcrowded beach areas.

You can't beat the gorgeous views of the gulf from the living room area and master bedroom. With plenty of space on the balcony, everyone can enjoy watching the sun rise and set.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS:
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, 32' flat screen TV and Dish cable and a DVD player. A loveseat in the room provides comfortable seating. Plenty of clothing storage with a dresser and closet with hangars. Master bedroom provides direct access to the balcony. The private bath offers a separated dual sink area, a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and a bench to sit down while taking a shower, and plenty of closet space.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and it's own sink area. You don't have to worry about brushing your teeth at night while someone needs to use the restroom. The closet offers storage for clothes and luggage. Two bedside lamps offer good late-night reading light if you like to read some before going to bed.

The 3rd Bedroom also has it's own sink area and 2 Twin beds with a 22' flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. It's a great room for kids! A closet offers some storage space as well as the dresser the TV sits on, even if we know kids aren't the most worried about unpacking their things upon arrival.

The Guest Bathroom is located right by both Guest Bedrooms. It features a shower/tub combo and an electrical outlet by the sink for any electric devices you may have. Each Guest Bedroom has its own sink located directly in the bedroom so you can get ready while someone takes a shower. There is a sink located directly in the bathroom too.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy the spacious kitchen that’s fully stocked with everything you could need. All the appliances are stainless steel. There are plenty of silverware and other utensils, plates and bowls, and plenty of cups and glasses to drink from. The double sink with high arcing faucet makes cleaning up after eating a breeze. After cooking up a nice dinner, use the kitchen island as a serving space. There is also the bar top area that can either be used to seat up to 4 people or to serve food for the formal dining table. All of the counters in the kitchen are granite. There is a large pantry with plenty of space to store all of your groceries, and you even have space for a decent-sized cooler if you want to take one out to the beach. The formal dining table offers seating for up to 6 people to eat comfortably. Combined with the bar top area, 10 people can comfortably eat in this unit.

LIVING AREA:
Enjoy relaxing comfortably in the living area. The couch offers prime viewing of the Smart TV, and it doubles as a sleeper sofa for some extra sleeping space at night. The chairs offer some extra seating space with great views of the TV as well. If you’re not interested in TV, then you can look out the sliding glass doors to view the beautiful ocean! The balcony features plenty of sturdy chairs and a metal table that will hold up against the ocean breeze. No worrying about your drink getting spilled from a strong gust of wind!



AROUND THE COMPLEX:
Be mesmerized with the beautiful sunsets from this 4th floor balcony that overlooks the emerald water of the Gulf and its white sugar sand beaches.
Enjoy the southern hospitality that Romar House has to offer with it's 2 pools - one being a lap pool and the other a nice relaxing pool by the gazebo which is heated during select times, tennis courts on site that are free to use, and fitness center with sauna.
You have direct access to the beach from the pool area. The beach isn't ever overly crowded as a result from the private community. A beach service is located right by the condo that offers plenty of services like chairs and umbrella rentals as well as things like kayak rentals. The service is called Perdido Beach Service and they have a website online and phone number for calls.
One private covered parking garage is designated for each condo. Additional vehicles must park in open air lots.

Welcome to our condo. Please read the house rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 8 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation

Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No Pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities

Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.
- Do not bring in sandy items back from the beach.

Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Return keys to lockbox. Scramble up code and close the window covering the combination dial.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)

Parking:
- Parking is included in the rental fees. You are allowed up to 2 vehicles. You must let us know in advance how many vehicles you will need or else we may leave out only 1 parking pass.

Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests

Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.

Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.

Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
