Relax in style in the open living area, replete with impressive 10’ ceilings and an electric fireplace. Kick back on a sofa, two armchairs, and an accent chair and watch shows on the 55” cable TV with DVD player.
After a fun-filled beach day, make some popcorn and make use of the theater room, furnished with an entertainment screen, projector, and reclining chairs for six. Please note this room has a separate, exterior entrance.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A second fridge is located in the garage.
Dine together at the table with seating for up to eight. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps eight guests between the four bedrooms.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed, chair, and 32” cable TV. The master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and 32” cable TV. The third and fourth guest rooms both feature a queen bed and cable TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower. A half-bath is located on the lower level next to the theater room.
OUTDOOR AREA
Spend quiet mornings on the screened porch. Take in views of the Gulf from the bluff overlook.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Beach chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for three vehicles (two in the driveway and one in the garage); RVs, trailers, 5th-wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted. A private golf cart is available for guest use.
This two-story home is accessible via one flight of exterior stairs.
