This one-story beach house has no steps and offers close to 1,800 square feet of living space with three-bedrooms, two-baths, screened patio, front porch and large deck with a convenient one-car garage. Once you step inside you will find an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, full size dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker and all the necessities to cook as much (or as little!) as you want. The separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Just off the living room is a large screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the late evenings and watching wildlife from the Bon Secour Natural Wildlife Refuge.

In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The primary suite has a large en suite bath with a garden tub, glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Other features include WiFi, 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and plenty of storage areas.
