Good not great

Location was nice and quiet. It was nice to go fishing in the little community pier in the mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach was longer than expected, based on what the listing stated, especially when hauling little ones. The house could definitely use some updates in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and furniture in living area. The air conditioning in the lower master bedroom does not work well. The room gets very hot. We enjoyed the pool. The house was cleaned but not spotless. Overall the house was good not great.

Will be back next year, but not staying here.

The pool was great and a must for the little ones. Enjoyed space under the house for eating and relaxing near the pool. Very disappointed in the house overall. Long overdue for update. Furniture and beds uncomfortable. Blinds did not fully cover the windows. The carpet is very worn and should be replaced with tile. The broom and dust pan provided for use summed up the house. Wondering if the management has done a walk through recently. Have been coming to Gulf Shores for more than 40 years. Will be back next year… but will stay elsewhere.

Breeze rental

Property appeared clean at first glance which is why I rated it a 4 on first text right after arrival, upon further inspection the refigerator and freezer were dirty, dust on top of microwave, it was apparent items are not moved and cleaned under. Dishwasher missing wheels on rack. Furniture is very dated and uncomfortable including beds. Front stairs are dangerously in need of replacement also with some broken railing. Ant infestations in upper level bathroom and some roaches noted in kitchen area.Beach access was not as described in rental info. In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay and the pool. Would rent again if necessary changes were made.

Another Perfect Stay

This was our 2nd year to stay at this house and it was just as good as last years stay! Everything was well stocked and clean, and we love the convenience of getting to the beach—very short distance to walk. We also enjoyed the pool. Thanks for another great stay!

Beach house needing TLC

The location was great. The house needed alot of attention, steps are dangerous leading into the home, mold and ants under sink, tvs and cable boxes did not work properly, pool was not maintenaned during our stay except for one time and I personally added water to it. To use the grill everyone would have needed a tetanus shot, was unusable. And grounds had left over dog feces and cigarette butts all over the yard. We have been coming to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and this had to be the worst rental yet..very disappointed for the money we spent.

Family Vacation

House was nice plenty of room for everyone. Had ant problem had to go buy ant traps to keep them out of our food. Kitchen had plenty of stuff for cooking and eating. Pool did not get fixed until our last day at the property. Loved the big towels, wish they would have a hair dryer on property. You go to any hotel and they have hair dryers. Glad the property had washer and dryer. Overall the property meet our expectation.

Cute home

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved that it was pet friendly, however, we had to walk our dog in the neighbors yard (with permission from property managers) because it was all very overgrown brush on ours. The beach is within walking distance but we chose to drive 3 minutes down the road because we did not want to have to cross a small bridge and walk on a busy street with our small kids. This house could comfortably fit 3 small families. The pool was perfect for us, but it is small (approx 6x12 ft.) None of this was a deal breaker, but want to be specific, We truly enjoyed our stay, and would 100% stay here again! It's a charming home

Overall good.

Was not pleased with the lack of dish soap, trash bags, and kitchen towels provided for our lengthy stay with 11 total people. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. The dresser in the bedroom is it’s all the beds needs to be trashed as none of the drawers work which made us live out of the suitcase. It was clean enough but not over the top, and could use some updating overall.

Great Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Close to beach but we chose to drive. It was just a little further that we were comfortable walking, but 2 of us are over 60 and all are a bit overweight. Pool is very tiny, but worked fine for the 3 of us. House was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall break

We enjoyed our Gulf Shores vacation. The location was great, right across the street from the Gulf, plenty of public beach access. Many excellent restaurants nearby. The property was as advertised. Beautiful public Pier within walking distance. Private pool is small but it’s all you need for a small group like us. The checkout was a little confusing as I didn’t use the checkout link until we were physically out of the house and on the road so I didn’t get the instructions for cleanup until then so I hope I don’t get a bad review for not doing it exactly as management wished. There wasn’t a book in the home with house notes or local favorites. We just cleaned up as we would leaving any location. Ovaerall great place.

Great lil stay!

Location was great! Check in was easy and it had everything as expected. The only thing I would say negative is the couch needs to be cleaned and the upstairs tub doesn’t drain well.

2021 Beach Vacation

We had a great time at the beach house. It needs a bit of updating in the furniture department (it's awful). The master bedroom down stairs gets very hot. It also needs a new comforter (it was dirty). They need to clean up around the house and pool. They have weeds everywhere. Other than that we had a great time. Great location

The house was in a great location and had plenty of space for our family. However, we were disappointed with some of the amenities in the home. The dishwasher did not clean dishes at all. All week we had to hand wash the dishes. Since there were six of us, that added up to lots of dishes each day. The kitchen floor was dirty on arrival. The pool hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was no hairdryer, iron or ironing board as listed in the property information. The washing machine would work only when the lid was raised. That is a definite safety issue if children are around. The wifi information we were given was incorrect. With the price we paid, we expected better amenities.

Car show get away

We were in Orange Beach for a car show at the wharf. The condo was nice. My husband did wish they had some hotel packs of coffee. We ended up at Walmart for those type items. The biggest hang up for me was in the photo gallery it had the bunk beds and twin beds upstairs and the other king downstairs. When we got there is was the other way around. I do understand why the kids room was downstairs and the layout was fine . We just had to do some constructive reallocation of rooms since it was us and our grown children and families and they had already laid claim to their prospective rooms based on the photos. It would be good to replace the shower curtains as my daughter is a new mom and a mold and mildew freak. Liked that the kids were left some sand toys to play with. Thanks and yes we would consider staying there again.
