Stay with us in our PASS RETREAT Condo 7216~ 300 feet to Gulf

This pleasing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1064 square feet offers a pleasing color palette throughout..
The living area offers calming neutrals with accent colors of blue and is nicely appointed with a sofa, recliner and two arm chairs, as well as a coffee table, end tables and of course...a flat screen TV/ DVD player for your entertainment. Step out onto the balcony to take in those gorgeous views of THE PASS and relax at the table with four chairs & a lounge chair!! The master bedroom hosts a king bed and is pretty in blues and neutrals with sliding doors to the balcony. There is also a flat screen TV on wall. The master bath offers a walk-in shower with a 19 inch height toilet and a vanity counter outside the bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and offers granite countertops complimented by white cabinets. There is a flat top stove in the kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher & refrigerator, as well as a bar with 2 bar chairs.
In the second bedroom is a queen bed with pillow top memory mattress & a full bed with a pillow top mattress, surrounded by blues and creams. There is a nightstand, a dresser and a smart flat screen television. The second bath has a tub/shower combo and white cabinets and countertops.
AMENITIES include outdoor pool, kiddie pool, inside heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, inside racquetball courts, fitness room, half-court basketball court, barbeque grills, pickle ball, volleyball, lighted tennis court, gazebos, free Wi/Fi hotspot, free wireless connection for guests in all lobbies & condos.

*Minimum age for rental is 25. Renters must be 25 years old to enter into a rental agreement. The person signing the agreement must stay in the unit and is responsible for all persons staying in the unit during the rental period. Rental agreement will be mailed to you after you book. You must sign & mail back to owner for reservation to be valid.

Cleaning fee of $150 & lodging tax of 16% added to total.
Parking passes are purchased online for $55.00 each with a maximum of 2 passes.
RENTAL ONLY TO NON-SMOKERS, NO VAPING OR E CIGARETTES...

Perfect beach vacation

Loved our visit at this phoenix condo! We vacationed with our 2 year old who loved playing with all of the beach toys and watching the boats from the balcony. The pool is amazing. The condo is clean and beautiful with very comfortable beds and great views! Location is close to multiple delicious seafood restaurants. Great stay on Orange Beach!

From the moment I booked this property with Pete and Joan they were great and accommodating from the start. The location of Phoenix VII is perfect for what we needed, all the staff members were friendly and overall clean facility. The condo itself is packed with everything you can need and more. I have already recommended Pete and Joan’s place to family and friends, I would stay here again and again!

Highly Recommend

My sister and I stayed in this lovely condo the week after Christmas. The condo, located on the second floor, was ideally situated, especially to the parking garage. A reserved spot was included!! From the garage, we walked up two flights of stairs, and the condo was right there. There is an elevator available from the lobby but that is a little bit lounger route. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. There were several nice things there that we were able to use: beach chairs, sand buckets, shelling nets, books, and DVDs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes and the beds were comfortable. The patio had an ocean view and was the perfect spot for breakfast every morning. The condo owner was friendly, helpful, and great with communicating. We loved to pool and hot tubs, and especially the beach. There was also a racket ball court and pickle ball courts, but we didn't get the chance to try those. The property was in close proximity to shopping, entertainment, and several great places to eat. The two-bedroom condo was perfect for our sister's getaway but would have comfortable fit our hubby's as well. All in all, I highly recommend this condo!

The condo was even prettier than the pictures! The owner was amazing and called me to share recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well as asking me if there was anything I needed that wasn’t already there and she wanted to make sure that everything was working. Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay! Mr. Pete and Mrs. Joan made sure we knew all details upfront. The condo had all the things we wanted and needed. It’s also on the end of the hallway so we didn’t have a lot of noise around us. It seemed more private which we loved. It was very convenient to parking lot as well. Stairs came out right by it! It was a fun few days for us!

Wonderful space

This condo is exceptional. It is very true to the pictures. The floor plan is well laid out and feels spacious. The views cannot be beat. The location has excellent views of the gulf and is off to the side of the building so you are over a scenic marshy area. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery close by. We along with our two teenagers were very happy with it. I hope to return someday.

Beautiful condo!

We've stayed in several VRBOs and the thing we loved most about this one was the communication with the owners. They were quick to respond and so helpful in providing assistance! The condo itself was very clean and exactly as described on the listing. They've done a beautiful job of creating a space that is inviting and feels like home away from home. They provide many little things that were appreciated (a few examples: eye makeup remover, family dvds & games, sand toys--which my kids loved!) We arrived to Orange Beach early and they were even able to accommodate an early check in. We had a great week! Thanks Joan and Pete for sharing your home with us :)

All around great!

We’ve stayed in many condos and this was our favorite! Everything was super clean- and well maintained. Renting through a private owner was nice- having immediate access- email & phone numbers brought peace of mind. We’ve rented from the rental companies many times- and you can tell this is more like home than a rental. It comes stocked with the bathroom and kitchen essentials so you don’t have to buy or bring, which was also great! The view is still great if the ocean- and we didn’t have to worry about the busy elevators since it was only on the 2nd floor. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, all the instructions for check in and check out were very detailed. I loved the balcony even during the rain, it was semi private. The unit had everything we needed with exception to extra toilet paper. Plenty of easily accessible parking available. The bed in the primary suite was a dream. The kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool.
