Our Phoenix VII, 6th floor corner unit offers breath taking views of the white sand beach and beautiful waters of the Gulf! The large wrap-a-around beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. The master suite has a private balcony that offers views of the marina and Cotton Bayou's dancing lights at night.

We offer free WiFi in our condo and throughout the complex. Meeting rooms for your business needs or family reunions are available.

Spend your days on the beach or in the wonderful outdoor pool, indoor heated pool or hot tubs. The exercise facility, Pickleball, racquet ball, tennis and pickle ball courts will give you the workout you desire, then relax in the his and her saunas.

We are only a few minutes from all the fun and activities! Enjoy a day at the exciting OWA Amusement Park, only 12 miles away!!
Our condo is only 5 miles from either Gulf Shores or the Florida state line.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own bath with walk-in shower, and private balcony. One guest room has a king-size bed and the other guest bedroom has a Queen bed & a twin over double bunk beds.. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Our condo allows 10 people to sleep comfortably. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are provided in the family room, and all bedrooms. A Blu-ray player in the family room will enhance your movie viewing.
