Carolyn, First, Thank you So much for leaving us a 5 star review! It is very nice to visit the beach after students have gone back to school! I'm sorry you didn't see that there are handicapped spots available under the covered building.near the elevator. The parking spots under the. Building are smaller, making it harder to navigate with large vehicles. I appreciate you following the rules and am sorry that some guests do not. Thank you for being such wonderful guests!

I even spoke with you on the phone and you said everything was wonderful. I also explained to you that pest control had just sprayed when you found one small dead roach, Unfortunately as an owner no matter how much we try to please some guests, it is never enough.

Michelle, We appreciate your opinion. Our AC unit is brand new installed a year ago. The pictures and description of our condo are true, accurate and up to date, including the square footage. Upon your check out my housekeeper reported to us that the place was a "mess" and she had extra work and cleaning due to the condition you left it upon your departure. We are glad you recognized the awesome location of our condo and the beach, and it's smaller size is reflective of less expensive rates in a prime location. God bless.
