Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. It is refreshing to find a wonderful property that allows your pets. We had a great view over looking the water and everything was very clean. The only improvements I would suggest would be to have a non-smoking facility and also to allow your pets to come
Out with you to the dock. Maybe that sounds silly but that was important for us. Smoking neighbors is unfortunate and is why I would recommend a non smoking facility

The unit has nice upgrades in bath, kitchen and flooring. The balcony view is perfect for relaxation while gazing at the bay and taking in sunsets. One recommendation is to improve cooling of master bedroom. We found it difficult to sleep at night even keeping window shades closed during the day and lowering the thermostat. Also was unable to find a blow dryer which was a disappointment because I didn't pack one. Lastly, I would not consider this property "pet friendly". It is more accurately "pet tolerate." This is no fault of this unit's owner however I think it is worth mentioning. I was approached by what I assume to be owners of another unit and rudely told where my dog can and cannot set foot. Quite shocking.

Everywhere on property says no pets allowed on grass 😡 it should not be pet friendly because it is not 😡
Unit above us had a leak and the water came through to our unit and light fixture fell off the wall in middle of the night not going back

I have rented numerous places on VRBO and never had to leave a bad review. I am completely baffled at the good reviews left previous to me stay. Hosteeva was not responsive to messages prior to the check in date. Upon walking in to the unit there was a terrible smell, old and moldy. The condition of the carpet was the very first thing that stood out to me and likely the cause of the smell. I felt as if I had walked into a room at the Days Inn in 1982. The tile grout in the kitchen and the carpet appear to be original to the unit. Parking passes are required and strictly enforced although this is not communicated in the property details. The biggest issue we had was the fact that the property details lost this unit as allowing pets. However, within 5 minutes of our arrival as we were unloading our car I was tapped on the shoulder by a condo owner and told the dogs cannot relive themselves on the condo property at all (even though the multiple signs all over the property state “No pets allowed on Lagoon side of building.” She said it was strictly enforced. Once we got up to the unit and opened the door to the smell I immediately checked the previous reviews to see if I had missed something. Indeed I had missed the reviewer who stated the parking pass was required. So down to the condo office I went to inquire. Upon my arrival at this on site office they already knew I was the owner of the dog that had been seen in the parking lot. I was made to sign an agreement that my dog wouldn’t relieve itself on their property and listed the fines for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd offense! Again none of this was disclosed in the property details or at any time during the rental process with Hosteeva. The office manager told me they ask pet owners to physically pick up their pet and hold it until they get across the street and off property before you put it down in order to keep it from relieving itself on the condo property. Had I known all of this I would never have rented this property. The office managers walk around all day watching what the renters do. I will admit the view was absolutely amazing but could not be enjoyed from the balcony because once it rained the balcony had standing water on it all day. The dock pictured is off limits and only owners can access it. The shower knock fell off in my hands. The popcorn ceiling is flaking off. The 2 chairs pictured are old and the arms are stained brown from sweat. I will be reporting this listing to VRBO.

We loved this property! It was nice & clean, 2 blocks off the Main Street which made it nice. We basically had the pool to ourselves most mornings. Would love to come back & stay here again in the future!

This is the skinny. The view is gorgeous. Great AC, great water pressure. The master bedroom and bath were awesome (but they had the smallest toilet seat I have ever seen-but is was new and clean). The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. Great appliances, nicely stocked, huge fridge. They had great lighting, fans in all rooms and tons of outlets. Unfortunately, the bed in the spare room is rock hard. Ok for small kids but terrible for any adult. The TV in that room flat out does not work. During our stay, the power went out because a light pole caught on fire and knocked out multiple blocks. The emergency lights in the stairwell didn’t work (none of them). I made 5 calls to Hosteva during our stay and they only returned one. We had no parking passes left for us (but they did come right away with them when the property managers called). They are strict there. They WILL give you a parking citation. I saw many cars with them as we were leaving. We did have a great time. We like this condo very much. It’s just unfortunate that the second bedroom was so uncomfortable. I would definitely come back, I just couldn’t bring an adult guest. One last thing, we don’t smoke but the people next door were smoking on their balcony so we were getting that a lot. Fortunately, we kept different hours so it wasn’t too terrible. Oh and if you have a pet, the property was very clean. I worried there would be fleas because it’s pet friendly but it was immaculate and again, I can’t stress how beautiful the view of the lagoon with it’s pier and all the pelicans and birds all over. It’s a nice, brief walk to the beach (we didn’t carry anything but a towel) . It really was like the best of both worlds with the lagoon there and the indoor pool and outdoor pool overlooking the lagoon. It was very family friendly.

The condo was clean and in good condition. Although the TV in the spare bedroom was not in functioning condition. I called Hosteeva about it and returned my call immediately. It took 2 days to get a replacement TV in the spare bedroom however. Also, the spare bedroom TV has no cable hook up. It is available for streaming shows only and you have to log into your own accounts to even do that. Otherwise, everything was perfect. At this time of year (fall) the sun sets directly across the bay from the balcony which has a beautiful view.

Beautiful views of the lagoon can be seen from the living area and master bedroom. My family and I spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the birds and enjoying the view. It was an easy stroll to the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to rent this condo again.
