Our office is located directly across from Souvenir City and immediately east of Bubba’s Seafood House.
Two parking passes will be provided and it is most allowed per HOA rules. If you have a third vehicle, it can park at our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex, for $50/stay.

One non-shedding dog is allowed for a non-refundable $200 fee. Must be vetted and registered before arrival.

Minimum Age
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the entire reservation.
Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation without refund.

Smoking
Compass Point 201 is a non-smoking condominium.
Smoking is not permitted inside the residence.

Pools
Compass Point offers both indoor and outdoor pools. Pool schedules are controlled by the HOA and may change seasonally or due to maintenance.
Please observe all posted pool hours and rules.

Boats + Trailers
Boat dock and slip space is first come, first served and cannot be guaranteed.
Trailer registration with the onsite HOA is required.

Pets
Any pet stay must be approved and registered in advance and remains subject to current Compass Point HOA requirements.
