On the main floor, the expansive great room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and spending time together. This level also includes three king bedrooms each with a private bath— one of which is handicap accessible — along with a laundry room for added convenience. Finally, this floor has a poolside bath for easy access from the outdoor areas.

Sleeping accommodations include one king bedroom and two double queen rooms each with a private bath and access to a beachfront balcony. Additonally, the floor contains two more double queen rooms featuring private baths and gorgeous beach and lagoon views. A family room provides the perfect spot for unwinding, watching TV, or enjoying a quiet retreat, while a wet bar offers easy access to refreshments and snacks. A second laundry room makes longer stays even more convenient.

Both levels of Coastal Comfort feature expansive beachfront porches with unobstructed Gulf views, and the main living floor boasts covered areas ideal for outdoor dining and lounging beside the private pool. Outdoor entertaining is made easy with a large charcoal grill for cookouts, a long picnic table perfect for family meals, and a ping pong table for fun and recreation, all surrounded by plenty of shaded seating and outdoor living space. Via the private dune walkover, guests also enjoy direct beach access for swimming, sunbathing, or taking long walks along the shore.
