Clearwater 6C, located at 517 East Beach Boulevard, is the splash of color your vacation needs! This tasteful colorful condo features one bedroom with a NEW king size mattress, one bathroom, hallway bunk beds (for children only please!), and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 6C can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Stay completely connected while on vacation with WiFi, two TVs, blue ray and DVD player, and an MP3 stereo system. Having your meals in is a easy with the fully stocked kitchen and you can even get your laundry done with the washer and dryer in the unit! Make sure to take some time to enjoy your own private beach front balcony where you can take in all the sights, sounds and smells of the Gulf of Mexico! This property offers quick and easy access to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that our island has to offer!

Clearwater is a low density complex with a beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Great Location

Fantastic location and the interaction with the property management was good. The condo is nice but a bit outdated - meaning it could use some painting and general maintenance. My biggest complaint regarding the condo was the lack of a blackout curtain in the bedroom. Since the exterior lighting by the elevator is on all night, this caused the bedroom to have a lot of light - even with the blinds drawn and curtains closed. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.

Gulf Shores Week

We loved our week in Gulf Shores! Just steps away from white sand and beautiful sunsets! The internet was not working when we arrived, but the company quickly resolved it. Maintenance was to paint our front door while we were there, but postponed it a couple days so that they wouldn't interrupt our trip. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to be back!

Clearwater Stay

In condo 6c the couch was really dirty. The pullout bed mattress was very dirty as well. It was ok for just two nights but would not stay any longer. We did not use the pool as it did look dirty.

The location and the view were great! I thought the unit was pretty decent. The two biggest disappointments were the bed and the couch. After a day at the beach these two items were of paramount importance. I would recommend this condo in the future if remedies were made concerning these two issues.

4th of July Vacay

Great location, fireworks were beautiful on the 4th. The only improvement needed is updated pool chairs/tables and cleaning of the inside of the pool (around interior lining). The condo itself had everything we needed. A reserved parking spot in the shaded garage was an added plus and right by elevators.

Hassle-free experience

My family really enjoyed this location. It is a small condo, so even though it only has one elevator, it was hardly ever backed up. We loved that we could park under the building so that our car wasn't hot, and we could use it as a place to organize ourselves to get out to the beach. The condo itself was clean and accurate to the description.

Wonderful stay

We had plenty of room for the 2 of us. Loved all the colorful pictures, the painting of the Pink Pony was my favorite. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Abundance of cooking item, kitchen fully stocked. A bit of wear and tear on door and molding but it’s like being at home since it’s not art of living in a home. Thank you so much for stay at your beautiful condo

Great room.

Very easy to check in. Room was clean & tidy. Right on the beach was great. Complex was very quiet even in the evenings. Only down side was the low flow shower, but that was just a personal preference won’t not hesitate to rent this place again.

Not bad for Gulf Shores

The property seems older, slightly run down but clean and everything was in working order. Pros: steps away from the beach, since it's a smaller building with only 8 floors, it doesn't take long to get from your condo to the shore. Our condo was clean, the furnishings were decent, cute decor, couch and beds could be a little more comfortable but not a big deal, kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. We never spend much time indoors at the beach, so for what we needed it was fine. Cons: two spots down from us they are building a much bigger condo, so the construction noise was going on while we were on the beach during the weekday hours. There is a pool at this building, which is fine if you need a pool at the beach, but the other people staying there with children made so much noise at all hours from early morning to late evening, it was hard to sit on the balcony and enjoy a beverage, since the pool is directly under all the balconies. Only the last day was it quiet and peaceful. I don't know if anyone is supposed to be monitoring the property and controlling noise levels but that was an issue that kept us from having a better time, and of course it depends on the guests who happen to be staying at the time. The beach was crowded but there was room to spread out if we had needed to. Overall, it was a good experience, I may or may not stay here again but that has more to do with geography than the property. Good location.

Beautiful View!

My brother and I stayed in Clearwater Condos while visiting another sibling. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot! The view was amazing. The walk to the beach was perfect and so close. I would 100% stay again! Needs to be updated a bit more and there was only one roll of toilet paper, could have used extra. All-in-all, a great stay!

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was very comfortable. The walk to the waterline is much shorter than other places we have stayed. The covered parking was very convenient to use as a staging area for the beach. We just left our ice chest in the truck and walked back and forth!

We enjoyed our stay , the location was perfect and the beach front view was the absolute best! It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for my husband, 4 kids and myself. A few things that could have been better…the condo needs a good deep cleaning, there were no sheets on the bunk beds (only a mattress cover) we did find a bag of sheets in the living room, but thought that was a little weird. The Balcony door did not lock , but when we spoke to the office manager at departure they said they would fix it and asked that next time we report things like that sooner, because they would have fixed it. Over all we may not stay there again but it wasn’t bad at all! Super cute furniture and nice kitchen essentials!

Overall nice condo in need of some attention

Amazing beach view from 6C. The pool was clean, pool furniture dated and weeds growing in the cracked concrete. The surface of the condo was clean but in need of a deep clean and light maintenance. No handle on sliding glass door, pink mold on shower curtain, new hardware in bathroom is needed, carpet in bedroom was dirty, dirty base boards. Nice king size bed and furnishings. Kitchen well equipped. Easy check in, easy walk to the beach, easy parking. Convenient location. Overall, a nice condo where a little TLC would go a long way.

Colorful, Cheery, Steps from the Sand!

Great stay with my daughter! Super comfortable king bed, fully stocked kitchen, nice table/chairs on balcony (perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the Gulf.) Steps from chair rentals and activities on beach (highly recommend the parasailing!) Short walk from a little market, surf store, snow cones and selection of eateries. Bright and cheery beach themed interior, loved it, we’ll be back!!
