Welcome to Sand Y Sol! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is ideal for up to 10 guests and features over 2,400 square feet in its half of the duplex on Sandy Lane. The spacious living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen, feature a wall of windows that open up to a deck with stunning panoramic views of the Gulf—it's truly a sight to enjoy!


Each of the four bedrooms has its own private full bath. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy guest bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, there's another queen guest room, a fun bunk room with two twin bunks, and the main primary suite with a king bed and sliding glass doors leading out to a private deck overlooking the Gulf—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view.


You'll find a full-sized washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience. Outside, there's an outdoor shower at ground level by the stairs to the main deck, making rinsing off after the beach easy breezy. Additional perks include covered parking under the home, a charcoal grill, five TVs, Wi-Fi, surround sound system, DVD player in the living room with a collection of family DVDs, books, board games, an ironing board, and even a Pack ‘n Play for the little ones.


The beach is just a short walk from your front door—grab your umbrella and chairs and enjoy the surf! Or, if you’d rather not carry your gear, convenient first-come, first-served parking is nearby the beach access. Plus, the community pool and hot tub are just two houses down—no busy streets to cross to get there, making it super easy to relax and enjoy your vacation!

This home is dog-friendly, limit one small dog only, 35 lbs or less. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
