C709, at The Beach Club, is located on the 7th floor of Catalina Tower. It is perfect for vacationing couples and young families!

You will enjoy a direct Gulf view from your balcony and living room. The newly refreshed decor, neutral wall paint, and stainless appliances is sure to please all ages.

Accommodations include: King Master Bedroom with an adjoining bath, a built-in set of bunk beds and a half bath in the hallway, plus a sleeper sofa. The beds are made with fresh linen, linen is provided for the sofa, bath linens are provided, as well. Bring beach towels.

There are HDTVs and DVD players in the living room and bedroom, lots of cable channels, your own WIFI signal for the condo, plus WIFI throughout the property.

The new stainless kitchen appliances are full size. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet for your convenience. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Small appliances are provided: Kuering coffee maker, standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, can opener. Bring a bag of kernel popcorn for the Popcorn Machine! Bring groceries, coffee and paper products.

The Catalina Tower has three elevators, a lobby, and covered parking for unloading. There is unlimited space in the parking area. Parking passes are issued at the security booth upon arrival.

The entry door is equipped with a key-less system, just enter the code give in your arrival instructions, no hassle with keys!

The Catalina pool and hot tub are located at the foot of the tower with a view of the beach! Loungers are provided at the pool. Outside showers are located at the boardwalk which leads to the beach area. Ice chests with wheels can be easily towed.

Seasonally, beach attendants offer para-sailing, jet-ski tows, kayaks, and lounger/umbrella set-up packages for a daily or weekly fee. You may choose to bring your own beach chairs. Tarps are allowed in designated areas on the beach, but must me disassembled at night.

The Club House is located right next to the Catalina tower. You may patron the casual fine dining restaurant and full bar on the second floor with a beach view and patron the spa and salon on the first floor. Also there is shopping, a restaurant with a bar and game area at the front of the property near the entrance.

The Club House amenities are available with a daily fee of approximately $40 which is to be paid in person for the days you choose. The fee is based on the size of the condo and the number of days used during your stay. The fee covers the entire party and includes the following amenities.
