Welcome to R&R in Kiva. R&R in Kiva is a stylish, modern,
beach chic 5BR/4 BA beach house paradise where you can relax and make
amazing memories with friends and family. R&R in Kiva has three
spacious levels of living space. The first floor is perfect for kids, teens, and
accompanying adults with two bedrooms that can sleep up to 7, including a
queen bunk room, twin bunk room and shared bathroom. The first floor living
room has a pull-out couch and provides a great space for fun and games with
an arcade machine.

On the second floor you will find the main living space of the house with an
open concept including a large and modern kitchen that is fully equipped with
a professional stove and everything you could need to prepare meals for your
family and friends. The large living and dining areas offer plenty of space for
all your friends and family to sit, relax and enjoy some time together, as well
as access to decks on the front and back of the house. The second floor also
offers a large bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room.

The third floor includes a master suite with a king size bed and a private bath
with an exceptionally large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor
also has a king size bed with direct bathroom access. Each bedroom has its
own deck access. The living space on this floor includes a kitchenette with
fridge, sink, and coffee maker, pull out sofa, and another deck to enjoy the
wonders of Kiva Dunes.

Each living room and bedroom is equipped with their own TVs, the garage is
stocked with beach supplies and a third fridge. The house is across the street
from one of four community pools and the pickle ball/Tennis courts. We are
located on the 12th green of the beautiful Kiva Dunes golf course. It is only a
short walk to the private white sand beach of Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shores.
You can also call the shuttle provided by Kiva Dunes to
take you to any of the beach entrances, including The Kiva Beach Club for
food, drinks, pool & beach service.
