Stunning updated cottage on the beach!

This stunning 2 bedroom/3 bathroom cottage is located in Orange Beach, AL and is one of the most unique properties on the island! You have the best of both worlds - you can relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, or you can enjoy the beach. Cottage features beautiful furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, washer/dryer, and covered parking underneath. It's right down the road from some of the best restaurants Orange Beach has to offer! The pool/beach is located approximately 150 ft from the cottage. This is a low density community, with 9 cottages and 2 houses that have access to the pool, which allows for more privacy! **There is no direct Gulf view (see photos); however having your own private cottage allows you to not have to wait on elevators or worry about crowds!

One pet, not to exceed 35 lbs, is allowed. There will be a $300 non-refundable pet fee required. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet and we will collect the pet fee after booking.

The beach view is obstructed, but just a short walk to the beach. When entering the cottage a strong smell of pinesol. Shower in king room smelled musty and had mold on shower curtain. Furniture downstairs was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced!! The owner was very helpful with checking in with VRBO

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

My family had the best time at this beach cottage! The proximity to the pool and beach were perfect…just a short walk! The location is near everything. The beach was not overcrowded and we were able to get a front row spot each day. The pool was also never overly crowded. The area was quiet and family oriented. The cottage was beautiful and felt like a home away from home with enough space for everyone. The fact that we were able to bring our dog was an added bonus. We look forward to renting here again in the future.

The pool is great. Lots of chairs to lay on. We almost went to the wrong pool next door, thinking our actual pool was just for the larger places it sits with. A little map would be helpful displaying where the pool is and showing pet potty area too. Cars were blocking it and it was dark when I was first looking with my dog.The balcony is so relaxing but could use a new chair for the one chair busting through, although still comfortable. Kitchen supplies could use some updating. Some glass Tupperware, a large fork for tossing salad, ice trays for when the ice maker stops producing. Dishwasher not drying. Beds were great! Parking was great! Kitchen faucet sprayer had stringy mold hanging off of it. We scrubbed it off.A ‘how to’ sheet on locking the door is needed. We didn’t realize we needed to push the lock icon after entering the code to get it locked back when leaving. We left it unlocked several times unknowingly. No oil, coffee, laundry detergent. Since we’re asked to wash the beach towels and put them back in the little basket- that would be helpful. Heather worked with me on my aging doggie, allowing me to wait until the trip was closer to pay the pet fee. Communication was great! Adding a pic of the two steep flights of stairs would be good. One flight from vehicles, one flight from kitchen to bedrooms/ laundry closet. Also listing that all bedrooms are upstairs. Anyone hanging in the bedrooms felt very separated from the others hanging downstairs.

This is our second time staying here, and it is by far our favorite vaca spot! Heather is a phenomenal hostess! The cottage was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking, the walk to the beach was short, and the pool is clean and nearby. We enjoy cooking, and the 7thgrill was a great touch! Many restaurants, grocery stores, and places to shop are close.I highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Place exceeded expectations. Location for beach access is a short walk and worked great for our family with two kids. The beach area is quieter and plenty of room for setup. Parking was very convenient and house is close to everything in town. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Nice Quick Visit

We stayed here for one night on the way back to TX from Florida. Just not ready to leave the beach so scheduled last minute. It was very clean, spacious and perfect for my family of 6. The host was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It was super easy to get to the beach & the shared pool was convenient. Our designated beach area was not very crowded since there are no high rises. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly Private

Fantastic property with perfect amount of privacy (far enough from commercial/high rise condos). Loved that there's private and covered parking and also pool access. Cottage was modestly furnished with kitchenware (not a big deal if you don't cook regularly or if you dine out frequently) and no rainy day options (e.g., board games/puzzles, etc.), although there was ample supply of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas! Similarly, beach towels were provided for guests' use (although we had our own). All appliances were updated and worked efficiently and effectively (especially the AC!). Location is convenient to shopping, dining out, and family attractions. Already looking at dates for next year to return to this property! A special thank you to the Coles for making their property available to vacationers!

Had a great time!!! Steps from pool and beach. Place was great with awesome lounging for tv. Beds were good. Lot of room for son in double room. Lots of beach stuff for kids to play. Perfect Family Spot

This cottage was perfect for our family’s Spring Break (late April). The pool and beach access were just steps away. The community was also far enough away from other condo rentals and hotels, that our area of the beach was actually relatively quiet, which was lovely. Check in and out were a breeze and the cottage was just the right size for our family of four MIL.

Great stay in Orange Beach

We love this area of Orange Beach. The house is in an area of the beach that’s not overly crowded so some days we had large areas of the beach to ourselves. We had trouble using the keypad and the tv, but it’s possible those things were user error. This is a great place to stay with family!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Super clean and roomy, plus all the amenities to make our stay stress-free. Two big parking spots underneath the house. Very quick walk to pool / beach. Highly recommend!
