The furnished area directly outside your sliding glass doors is reserved for your unit; the deck and beach-access staircases are shared. Upstairs, the primary bedroom opens to an additional Gulf-front balcony.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Ocean Reef 802 is a multi-level townhome with stairs.
- The main beachfront deck and beach-access staircases are shared with neighboring units.
- Parking: Up to 2 vehicles. Permits are $40 per vehicle and must be purchased with cash at the on-site guard shack near the pool after 4 PM Central Time.
- The thermostat's minimum cooling setting is 70-F. Tampering may result in a service charge.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 and occupy the property for the entire stay.
- Signed rental agreement and photo ID are required.
