This two bedroom and two bath condo unit is located on the 11th floor with breathtaking views from the Over Sized balcony. Our condo has been completely renovated with new furniture, bedroom mattresses, stainless appliances, granite, sinks/faucets, light fixtures, mirrors in bathrooms, new cabinet doors/handles and freshly painted walls for your next vacation!
We have a key less lock system on the entry door making your stay safe and secure. As you will have your own security code to get into the condo and no need to carry around keys that can be duplicated.
There are fantastic views from the Over Sized balcony, master bedroom and living room in all directions with no obstacles of the beach and ocean! Our condo has quality mattresses and linens. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture... table, 4 chairs & 2 chaise lounges to relax on the balcony and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.
Our condo is set up with the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with a master bath, flat screen TV, and closet in the master bedroom
• Queen in the guest bedroom --with an adjoining bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• The new sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
• The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a new washer and dryer in the unit -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and 4 chairs along with 2 chaise lounges. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.
Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Royal Palms is situated on the western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The Over Sized balcony provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!
