TAKE TIME.........Our condo is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit is on the 12th floor which gives spectacular views of the gulf and beach. There is updated ceramic tile throughout condo with new dining and living room furniture. The two bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with new bedroom furniture, headboards, night stands, and dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new king mattress (2022) and the bedroom is oceanfront to hear the surf at all times. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a flat cook top stove and new above stove microwave in the kitchen. There is updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. The master bedroom and living room have direct views of the ocean. There are 3 HD smart TV's in unit. Throughout the condo there is high ten foot ceilings which gives the condo a very bright and spacious feeling. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Watch the porpoises from the balcony as you eat your breakfast or lunch. There is a covered reserved parking space for unit guest. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two pickle board courts, a shuffle board court, a sauna, an ocean view weight room, and too many miles of beach to walk.
Great news, in 2015 your kids are able now to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucket-heads busy throughout your vacation.

OUR UNIT INCLUDES A COVERED RESERVED PARKING SPACE. THE COST FOR PARKING PASS IS $55 AT THE FRONT DESK. OUR UNIT IS ALLOWED TWO PARKING PASSES IF SECOND PASS IS NEEDED (for additional $55)..
