Available for rent year-round is the west side unit of this beautiful beachfront home located in the picturesque Morgantown community of Gulf Shores. Watch the sunrise from the balcony off the Master Suite or sunbathe while enjoying the sunset from the main deck below. This spacious beach rental has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and is stocked for all your cooking needs. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining room overlooking the beach or on the large deck outside. The den has windows that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the TV equipped with SAT/DVD and two comfortable couches for lounging. The first floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features full size upper and lower bunk beds.

The upstairs has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with SAT/TV, a private full bath, and a covered balcony overlooking the Gulf of America. A conveniently located sitting area outside the master bedroom includes twin size bunk beds. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the upstairs full-size hall bathroom.

Underneath the house is a large wood deck to rest in the shade, along with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The pools are community pools for the Morgantown community located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores. There are two community pools in Morgantown and our home is about 400 feet to the closest pool. Half of the distance to the pool is our driveway and the home is gulf front.

We require a 50% deposit of rental fee, lodging tax, and cleaning fee to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days before check-in.
