Located on the 6th floor of the Island Winds East, this condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee from your balcony while taking in the glistening waters of the Gulf below.

FEATURES:
This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit at the Island Winds East is on the 6th floor. Enjoy the magnificent views from your private balcony. Located directly on the beach with direct beach access from the condo, you will be able to enjoy the amazing beaches this area is famous for. Located right by The Hangout, this condo has you located right in the center of Gulf Shores and huge events like music festivals, the NCAA Women’s Sand Volleyball tournament, and so much more! Our condo features free Wi-Fi, free cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer - free for you to use during your stay. A laundry packet is provided to do a load of laundry while you're here. Free private Wi-Fi ensures you have a great connection during your stay.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. An elevated TV with free cable provides comfortable viewing entertainment while you drift off to sleep. Bedside lamps provide reading light for late night readers. The private bathroom features a shower/tub combo and an electrical outlet by the vanity for your electric devices.

GUEST BEDROOM:
The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed with a TV with cable, perfect for late night shows. A closet and dresser offer great storage for clothing while you can fit your luggage in the closet. A bedside lamp offers reading light if you prefer a good read before going to bed. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean straight from the bed.

GUEST BATHROOM:
The guest bathroom has been recently renovated! Brand new flooring and a new tub fitting for great showers and relaxing baths. Located right by the guest bedroom, living room, and kitchen areas, this will be the main bathroom everyone uses and it will be a favorite of everyone!

LIVING AREA:
There is a Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. A loveseat sits next to the couch. Both are in great view of either the smart TV or the beautiful ocean. The dining table comfortably sits 4 people while a couple of additional people can dine at the bar top counter.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to satisfy your cooking needs. Plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, appliances, dishes, cups, and utensils. The double sink allows easy dish washing while you're looking at a great view of the city. A standard drip coffee machine is in the unit. You will have to bring your own coffee for that.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, you're within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The very popular Hangout is located just down the beach making it an easy walk to get dinner and some live music. You're located right on the beach, so it's just a short trip to get yourself soaking in the sun. It's also right where the Gulf Shores Public Beach is located that offers additional beach space if the one by the condo is too crowded as well as some nice grassy areas to relax and have a picnic. There are lots of volleyball nets and a great walking path along the beach if you just want a nice walk. There are other good restaurants that are within walking distance of the condo.

Welcome to our condo. Please read the house rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 6 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation

Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities

Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.

Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)

Parking:
- Parking is limited at this property. The management company that runs the condo complex will issue only 1 parking pass during summer and "peak seasons." They determine what those peak seasons are, so there is no way for us to guarantee that you will be able to get a second parking pass.
- Parking is purchased directly from the condo complex.
- Parking may be purchased ahead of time through VRPAccess. We will provide information about that option once the reservation is fully paid off.

Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests

Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.

Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.

Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
