There are blackout curtains behind the pretty white thin curtains...so you can sleep in if you prefer. Suite has dressing area and bathroom with walk in shower & towels are provided.

Guest Suite has queen bed Serta pillow-top mattress. TV/DISH also a private attached bathroom with shower. Suite has a clothes closet.

In the comfortable living room, you'll find NEW 65' FLATSCREEN TV comfortable queen size sleeper sofa , two cloth recliners and a leather recliner so plenty of seating for everyone! See the beach & the dolphins & hear the waves.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly need as well as a full size WASHER/DRYER (in closet) and stove , dishwasher, microwave & full size refrigerator. A MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink Machine to easily mix all those frozen drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside. We DO NOT have an ice maker in freezer. However there is an ice vending machine in the owner parking garage or there are ice trays to make you own ice if you prefer. Yes we do have a keurig as well as a regular coffee maker!!

Beachfront Balcony has 6 chairs, a round table Enjoy beachfront dining without a wait! Also there are 4 large charcoal shared grills on the grassy area between our two buildings...first come first served.
Beach service to rent chairs/umbrellas available March-October. PLEASE do not leave your belongings on the beach after sunset as they will be picked up by the beach service and discarded. Also do not leave shoes on the beach boardwalk as guests have reported having them stolen.

FREE WIFI INTERNET no code needed... On-site security...the elevator is conveniently located right across the hall from this unit. Luggage carts are available in the lobby
Parking is on a blacktop lot by building and parking pass is purchased from seurity guard when you arrive for $30 up to 14 days or $40 for up to 30 days per car...maximum 2 cars per condo

Maintenance is a quick call away should there be any problems. We take care of our condo the same as our home.
