Leaving Footprints is a Cozy, Clean and Comfortable condo located on the beachside of West Beach Blvd only steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen size bed with new mattresses in both bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beach is just a few steps away at the end of the walkway. There is a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from the bedroom and the kitchen window. Gated heated pool & 2 free parking spots.

Leaving Footprints is in a low density condominium complex (Sunrise Village) which means the pool and beach is never too crowded.

You can pick up some fresh seafood at S&S Seafood market just across the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out options are fabulous. The Beach House restaurant is across the street right next door to the S&S Seafood Market and the Hangout is about 1.6 miles east with tons of great choices along the way. We provide a guest guide in the unit and it provides all of our favorites.

A Smart TV in the living room allows you to access all of your streaming accounts and Satellite TV on all 3 TVs and free WIFI keeps you connected to the world if you aren't ready to unplug.

The fully stocked kitchen also includes a starter pack of dish/laundry pods, dish soap, coffee, garbage bags & paper towels.

Added bonus inside the condo is a stackable washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for all your laundering needs.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule.

We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest.
