Welcome to BEACH TIME, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf Shores home offering a relaxing coastal escape. This inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with partial views of both the Gulf of Mexico and lagoon from three balconies.



Designed for family fun and relaxation, the home offers a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and VCR/DVD player, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.



Step outside to enjoy the private fenced saltwater pool, approximately 6 feet deep, and a grilling area under the home for outdoor meals. Covered parking is available beneath the home, with additional non-covered parking in the driveway.



Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Beach Time offers comfort, convenience, and classic Gulf Coast charm for a memorable stay.

PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Limit and size restrictions may apply. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking

Great location with lots of dust

The house is in a great location, on a quiet street and within walking of the beach. The house itself could use some TLC. It was very dusty, the floors were not clean and dishes were put away dirty. Several plates and cups were chipped. The house does not come with extra supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap, etc.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was in excellent condition and very clean. The pool was a very welcome addition. The location is great- beach access is very easy once you have the lay of the land. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the owners, is that we visited over spring break and the rental property next door happened to house a group of loud spring-breakers partying until 1am each night which sometimes made getting my kids to sleep an issue. Again, not an issue with the property owners, but something to be aware of during the Spring Break period. I'd love to come again outside of spring break.

The house was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the kids. We only had a few request. Please provide paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and umbrellas at the pool. July is too hot to not have an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We enjoyed our getaway so much! The house was well maintained and exactly as the listing described! It was located perfectly from stores and restaurants wich was such a convenience with out 4 kids! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing Property and Management

House was wonderful. Perfect for our family. Private pool was a treat and wonderful option to sandy beach. Sunset Property manager was a wonderful communicator and very responsive to any question. Home provided many amenities not listed. Will happily book directly again!!

Loved the private pool!

This was our second stay at this property and will likely go back next year. The private pool was perfect for us. The only complaints would be, since I live to cook for my family, the oven wasn’t working properly and the knives were terrible (next time I’ll bring my own). Also, the carpet could be cleaner, or removed all together.

Beach get away

We’ve been coming to gulf shores for over 10 years. This is by far the best rental we’ve ever had!! The house was clean and spacious! Loved the private pool! Quiet area! Short walk to the beach! Will definitely be putting this on my favorites list!

Best Vacation Visit

We rented the house to celebrate my grandson’s 6th birthday!! The house was adorable and very clean!!! The best part was having a private pool and easy access to the beach!! It was absolutely PERFECT!! It will be our “go to” vacation home!!! We LOVED it🏖❤️

Terrible Customer Service Ruined Vacation

Due to hurricane Sally, we did not stay at this house; however, we stayed at a different home managed by the same company (Blue Dolphy in Fort Morgan) and had a terrible experience working with this management company. Prior to our trip, the company, Sunset Properties, would not respond to messages sent on Vrbo. When the hurricane hit and the entire area was closed to visitors, the company refused to refund our trip and would only rebook us at a different property. We had to change to a new home, and rearrange our work schedules to accommodate new dates, since we weren’t able to cancel our trip. Sunset Properties rebooked us in a new property in Fort Morgan and ensured there would be a pool accessible. A private pool was very important to us because of covid and our two small children. We were rebooked in a home that had a community pool (not private) and the SP representative assured us the pool would be open during our stay. This house cost less but SP refused to refund the difference. We were told that Fort Morgan was accessible and close to places for coffee, food, etc. When we got to our property we were extremely disappointed. The pool was not open, the WiFi didn’t work, and we were 19 miles from the Gulf Shores area. We spoke to SP representatives several times during the first week of our stay. They would not consider any type of refund, a change in properties, or other options for pool use. Everyday a rep would tell us she would call back with more information or have a superior call back, yet we would never hear from them again unless we called them back. One representative told us they had gone back to listen to previous phone calls and admitted that they had told us the pool would be available, and even after this, they offered us no other options. During the second week of our stay, the Gulf was far too wavy for our children to swim safely, so without a pool, they were not able to go in the water. The WiFi in the house was also out for the duration of our stay. While someone did come by to check it several times, it never stayed connected for more than 15 minutes. The router was not in our unit so we were unable to reset it unless someone from SP came out to fix it. This made it impossible to do any work from the house and raised our phone bills for the two weeks we were there. Overall, the Fort Morgan beach was very nice; however, dealing with Sunset Properties derailed our vacation and we would never rent from them again.

Finally out of quarantine & the perfect first place to go! We love the beach! This house was PERFECT & having a private pool was absolutely the best thing ever! Such easy reservations online & loved the key code pad! Will definitely stay here again! Sunset Properties was the best company I have worked with since coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach every summer for the past 30 years!

Close to everything

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the house pool and proximity to the ocean. The house was fine for our 4 adults and 2 children. The downstairs bed is definitely the most comfortable. The house did not have toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters are any other type of basic item so make sure to bring it along or be prepared to buy it locally.
