The Beach Club Bristol 1408 is a renovated, 14th floor condo with a fantastic direct gulf view from the balcony, living/dining/kitchen areas and master bedroom at a luxury resort! You will have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sugar white sand beach which is beautifully kept and stretches endlessly down a natural, undisturbed and protected area, covered with sand dunes and wildlife.



The condo sleeps 6 in beds plus there is a sectional sofa with a sleeper bed for 2. The bedding arrangement is King in master and it adjoins double vanity bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and adjoins a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a queen be and is located across the hall from a bathroom with a shower. The beds are made with white linen, and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries and tissue paper. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, toilet tissue and toiletries. The King and Twin Bedrooms adjoin a private bathroom. The third bathroom is across from the Queen Bedroom.



The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.



If you book this condo, you will have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of the four towers.





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.
