From this 4th floor corner condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony! Special features include a recliner, 3 HDTVs, 3 DVD players, sofa sleeper, WIFI. Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Avalon pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below. This condo is great for couples! The king master bedroom privately adjoins a double sink vanity with a walk-in closet and a large jetted tub. The queen guest room privately adjoins a full bath. The King guest room adjoins a private full bath. The half bath is located in the entry area and is convenient for all. All bedrooms have plenty of storage furniture, a flat screen TV and DVD player. Hairdryers are Not supplied. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area. Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: coffee, paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes. Without additional fees, you may access the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball, there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner. The owner of A410 is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $30.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include: Access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen's locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts. We have been going to the Beach Club for decades. It is a wonderful resort. Unfortunately, this unit was not the best. Things were broken and unsanitary. The owner was quick to fix things but it really didn’t make things better since it was consistently bad. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The bathrooms, particularly showers were in need of a thorough clean. There appeared to be mold in several places. The carpets and furniture also seemed dirty. Broken things: lamps, master bed frame was on the floor, fridge was leaking water, and stove top is old and faulty. We normally cook some meals but this unit is not made for cooking. I have never left a bad review on any condo/air bnb, but I would be disappointed to book this unit without having some knowledge of its deficiency.

The check-in process is seamless and the resort's pool and view are stunning. The unit is spacious and well-appointed, but larger families may want to consider upgrading for more space. Cleanliness is a concern, as the unit could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Maintenance issues, such as a leaky ice maker, have been brought to the property owner's attention. Access to the gym and indoor pool comes at an additional cost of $50 per day for the clubhouse. Outdoor sports facilities like the basketball and pickleball courts are not lit at night, but the tennis court is available for use. The on-site restaurant is exceptional, and the ice cream food truck is a nice touch. To ensure a comfortable stay, it is recommended that you bring your own cookware and ice. Love the resort just not the unit.

Condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and had pretty much everything we needed. The best part was the huge balcony with a spectacular view of the gulf. Already planning a return trip!

Condo and complex was great with many amenities. May need to bring broom and mop as we had to purchase or owner may want to consider another housekeeper as floors and balcony was dirty. (And oven spills). Beds were comfortable and clean though. Bathrooms clean. Bring toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels as condo suggested.

This condo served our purposes for the week. It’s a great location, was quiet, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s a close walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The negatives were that it was not clean when we got there. I won’t go into details but there were a few alarming things that needed attention immediately. Pam was very quick to respond and things were handled promptly. The kitchen is sparsely outfitted (needs more utensils, cups, baking trays) so we had to buy what we needed. Overall, I say that the condo, needs a good update/refresh. All that being said, our time at the beach is our family’s week of fun together each year and we had a blast!

Condo is very nice. Gorgeous views from front and back. Condo complex has plenty of amenities for walking and outdoor activities. We did have a issue upon checking in that the condo wasn’t very clean. If you follow the instructions of the paper work you received from Pam, it lists the cleaning people. They were very nice, and came back the next day and corrected everything..

The property itself was very nice. Excellent Sandy beach and lovely clean pool. Efficient elevators. Comfortable beds, living room furniture and outside patio furniture. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was minimally equipped with 8 glasses, 5 coffee cups, 3 teaspoons, 2 dishcloths and towels and an assortment of plates, bowls and cook wear. Bring your own of everything—salt and pepper, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. Maybe previous renters have taken items but compared to other places we’ve rented this condo’s kitchen was sparse.

This rental is clean and spacious and was perfect for our adult children, my parents and us to gather for a final time together this year. Great view of gulf and simple access to the beach! Beds were very comfortable and arrival/departure was easy. I also like that it is an end unit, away from the elevators. There was some work being done to the property, but nothing that affected our unit or prevented access to any amenities. Definitely returning!

Property wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, but after a call to manager all bathrooms were cleaned. Drain in one of the bathroom showers was clogged fixed by the third day. Beds were extremely comfortable! Refrigerator leaked a little, but had a paper towel to absorb and replaced once soaked through. The property could use a fresh coat of paint and clean extra bedding (there were comforters but smelled musty)…..didn’t have salt, but found pepper! Lots of seating and the kitchen was huge! Beautiful views!

This is our second time staying in one of Pam's units. This one did not disappoint. We had plenty of room to spread out and the unit was comfortable and offered everything we could need away from home. We did have a small issue with the A/C one night and Pam was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Although we experienced a tropical storm while we were there, overall, we had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the huge waves come in. Even though we spent little time in the water, due to the storm, there was a nice pool for us to play in. The only suggestions that I would make are the following. The ceiling fan in the bedroom to the left as you enter the condo should be replaced or repaired. It is somewhat wobbly and makes one kind of scared to sleep under it. Also, more coffee cups would help out. We would definitely rent this unit again.

What a great condo! Perfect place for a family getaway. The property manager did give us great information however when I sent requests about grocery and check-in information, they went unanswered. The condo was fairly clean but the kitchen countertops felt gritty. Had to give them a good wipe down as soon as we arrived.

This is our 2nd year staying in this same condo. It is always clean and well stocked. It is decorated beautifully and has plenty of places to sit and a place for everyone to sit at the table or bar and eat. We will be back.

Our trip was a lot of fun, and it was nice staying at Avalon 410. The condo was very clean and exactly as listed on the site. Pam Martin was very organized and made sure we had all the information leading up to the trip. The condo easily accommodated our party of eight, and all of the amenities were easy to use. We definitely plan on returning!!

We have now stayed in one of Pam's condos for at least three years. Different condo each time; and each time they were GREAT in all categories. She and her staff take a personal interest in their properties and this condo was no exception. You have heard that nothing is perfect but they sure strive to reach it. Thanks Pam and Milton !!!
