Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – all Knee Walls will be replaced beginning September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1

The Beach Club Avalon 402 is a 4th floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo right on the beach in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Please review the map locator. You can expect a breathtaking view of an endless sugar white sand beach shoreline along with all of the Beach Club's pools and manicured grounds. The balcony is equipped with a table for dining and for watching spectacular sunsets!

The living room furniture is very comfortable and the spacious dining area offers seating for your entire party. The living room and master bedroom adjoin the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring the food and your paper goods products. Sleeps 6 in beds. The master bed is a king size and there are two full size beds in the guest bedroom. Both privately, adjoin a bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa. The beds are made with crisp white linen. Fluffy white bath linen is supplied, so bring make up removal wipes. Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the granite counters and a full kitchen with a combo washer/dryer. There is a one day set up of basic complimentary amenities. Please plan to shop for your additional needs. Wireless internet is available in the condo and throughout the property.

The beautiful Avalon pool, hot tub, wading pool, restrooms and boardwalk to the beach is just at the foot of the tower and is available without a fee.

The owner is a Club member, so with a daily fee of approximately $40 per day, your entire party may utilize all of the clubhouse amenities for the days you choose, payable in person at the Club Desk. Amenities includes Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, children's activities, poolside live entertainment, game room, ping pong, cabana bar and outdoor dining. Also, at The Club House, without a fee, you may enjoy the fine dining restaurant, salon, and spa. At the front of the property is shopping and a dining buffet, short order deli style market. Beach rentals are available through the club desk.

The Beach Club is a wonderful luxury resort for all ages, far from the crowds and well blended with its natural surroundings. Come watch the dolphins, crabs, fish, turtles or parasail or kayak with a friend.
