BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Fun in the sun

This was a great spot. Near food and entertainment. The unit itself could use some love as it is apparent this is solely a vacation rental. For the cost a little love and some updates would go a long way. Overall great place.

Best front facing balcony

Best front facing balcony with sunrise and sunset views!! Lots of balcony furniture too! The living room seating was really pretty, but not comfortable. Probably could use replacing. I think we noticed because we were there a month, otherwise short stays probably wouldn’t pay attention. Parking easy and fabulous easy beach access!! Overall a great stay!

Perfect location

Although older, the location was wonderful. The condo itself needs a bit of refurbishment, but nothing that would be off-putting - it is a rental after all. The only real issues were with the elevators. With everyone checking in at the same time, it was crazy trying to get up to the room. Also, this is the first beachfront condo that I have been in that did not even have salt and pepper. Thankfully, I usually travel with my own herbs and spices.

Dusty and crusty

I will preface this by saying that we stayed at another condo in this same complex last April and it was lovely. That being said, this condo had carpet in the bedrooms, which was an oversight on my part. But, the carpet was filthy and it actually felt crusty and matted to walk on. On top of that, outside of the normal services a cleaning service would clean upon leaving (bathrooms & kitchen) it was super dusty. One of the beds in the spare room barely had the headboard attached and when I went to attempt to open the “blinds” in the room it about fell off because it was being held up by a single hook and therefore not able to be raised. We won’t being staying at Crystal shores west peak season, again. The elevator only worked 1/2 the time. Some ppl waited 20-30 minutes to get down with their stuff. They attempted a repair while we were there, but it was still extremely slow. For what it cost the rent this two bedroom condo, I expected the same level of condo from the previous year, which was not the case.

Beachfront condo

My family loved staying at this beachfront condo! The view was amazing, easy access to stores and restaurants, and a kitchen in the condo for when we wanted to cook instead of going out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The best part -- as soon as you step outside, you're on the beach! We watched sunsets and sunrises, saw dolphins, and swam every day.

The main bathroom had mold, both showers were smaller. Great water pressure though. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets when i was looking for pans to cook with. Mattresses were very springy. Sheets felt cheap. But the fact that its on the beach made up for all of that, the beach itself was very clean and fun. It was good for the price.

Clean, great views, unit needs a couple improvements

As a family, we enjoyed our stay on this property. The views were great, the entire place was very clean. Beach access was quick and easy. If possible to choose a room, pick a lower floor. There are only two elevators and we waited up to 15 minutes or so a couple times. We opted to take the stairs when we could. It looked just as advertised on the website. The two improvements needed to the unit itself are: 1. Better mattresses. They felt like plastic mattresses that you would find in a small cabin at a summer camp. They were uncomfortable. 2. The water pressure was so high that is would sting when taking a shower. Perhaps this could have been adjusted, but we didn't check. The only other issue was we got a unit close to another unit with a chain smoker (hoping just bad luck). At least once an hour we would have a very strong cigar smell out on our balcony. This may not bother some people, but my wife, with mild asthma couldn't enjoy the great balcony view as much as she wanted.

it was the worse stay that we have had down there! Not enough Towles, toilet paper, no pans to cook with, there was sand all over the floor, vacum did not work, drove 12 hours to get there and would not let us in an hour early, had to smell cigar smoke and weed from the room next to us, the teenage boys played music so loud that we could not hear the tv. This is our tenth time coming down there and this is the WORSE time we have ever had. I have your condos put on a list to never rent again. You would think that what you charged, you would have better equipped the room!

Needs cleaning and updating. UNIT IS DIRTY!!

My family and I have stayed at several units in this building and this has to be the worst. The carpet is gross with stains. The couch has stains and feels like 200 people have sat on it. The recliner is on its last leg and sticks when you try and put the leg down. The master bedroom bed is flat and has no cushion whatsoever, my back hurt the whole time. The washer and dryer are "rigged" to work. The chairs for the beach that are provided were rusty. Some of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty. This is the first time using this particular company (beachball properties) for the condo and I have to say if this is any indication of their business practices, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!! Use a private individual or Suncoast properties, they have better units.

I booked this for a girls trip with my best friends and it was exactly what we needed and expected. We had a mishap with our door not opening, but the maintenance man came to our rescue very quickly. The only other thing was that we needed rags and towels for the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect. We even discussed booking the same unit next year!

It was my parents 50th anniversary this year. We drove down to Gulf Shores from Missouri. The condo was great. Elevators were a plus and the view was amazing. Great location, near shops and places to eat. Will definitely be back for a visit.

Great view. The Unit was very used.

The view was fantastic. The beach access was great. The unit was functional. The kitchen was fine. The beds were not comfortable. The furniture was dirty and stained. The pillows were so bad we bought our own at Walmart. I don’t think the carpets had ever been cleaned. I could feel the tack strip on my bare feet at the bedroom entrance. Very disappointing. But we didn’t let a well-worn condo ruin our vacation. That being said, in 2019 we stayed in Crystal Shores and that Condo was fantastic. Just depends on the owner.

The condo was nice and exactly what we needed. I was disappointed to see that it was in need of some updates and repairs. The carpet is worn and looks dirty. Master bath shower curtain is terrible. Did not serve its purpose. Main complaint is the water pressure in the showers. It was so strong that it literally hurt to take a shower.

We Loved this Place, But the Bed needs Trashed!

The Condo was Great, the view was awesome with plenty of seating on the Balcony, the Couch need Deep Cleaned or Replaced. The Shower Pressure...you better get ready for a beating..lol..it makes you hurry and get done. The Master Bed...Needs to be in the Trash!! On both sides, you fall to China ! I Emailed the Manager and let them know how terrible it was....other than that, we had a Great Stay and would like to visit again if the Bed gets replaced.
