As a partial rental of this 15-bedroom home, the first floor of Agua Azul offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths to comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Agua Azul's features include a fully appointed kitchen as well as an expansive dining room with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy a hot meal together. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized gulf-front deck with numerous polywood chaise loungers for every guest. What's more, Agua Azul offers a beach-front pool with a child safety alarm system and a private boardwalk to the beach. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee. New in fall of 2025 each bedroom has room-darkening shades.

Upon entry to the main floor of Agua Azul, guests are greeted by 3-bedrooms and a laundry room to the left. To the right, guests will be met with an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room overlooking an oversized deck with a private beach-front pool. The virtual wall of windows illuminates the entire space with natural sunlight. The main floor also offers a powder room from the kitchen, a wet bar, and private access to the beach.

Important Notes
• Rental Agreement: In accordance with applicable city regulations and Kaiser Vacation Rentals' policies, all rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement with Kaiser Vacation Rentals.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The booking guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Gulf Shores prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Public Beach Access at 12th Street is just a 3–5-minute walk away.
• Professional Management: Agua Azul is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
