*This is our private beach home most of the year - just summer dates available. Not your typical short term rental - well appointed and well taken care of. Private beach for neighborhood within a few minutes walk or use the owner parking tag at neighborhood beach if you're taking a day-full of food, drinks and toys.

Quiet Fort Morgan private home (2nd street from beach, 5 min walk) in a small enclave of privately owned homes, most that have been in families for generations. It has government protected wetlands and lots of nature – A whole house loaded with amenities and your very own Private Pool, Hot Tub & Steps to a Private Beach!

This unique home is secluded on a 1/2 acre lot with 180 degree views of untouched land.

✔Beach themed Second upstsairs Bedroom & Baths – Another queen bed with a stocked bathroom next to the bedroom - with brandnew $10,000 wak-in shower just added.
✔Light-filled living room – Lots of room to hang out, watch TV or sleep on the pull-out queen sofa bed.
✔Outdoor Shower – Rinse off after a beach day in this fabulous private shower.
✔ Outdoor Elevator – For lifting groceries and luggage only. This is not for people. Use of the elevator is at your own risk, and the owner is not responsible for any injury.
✔ Grill – Fire up the grill and hang by the pool.
✔Entertainment & Activities – Telescope for stargazing, kites, table games and large collection of books.
✔ Easy-to-Follow Video Tutorials – We provide video guides for the elevator, grill, and hot tub to ensure a smooth experience.

Guest access
- The private beach is a five minute walk. This is the second gravel road from the beach, simply walk around the block for easy access.
-There is a locked owners closet in the master bedroom - but another generous size closet for guests. The two rooms accessed from the car port outside are owner closets and are locked as well.
-You are encouraged to enjoy everything else on the property, but the owner does not accept responsibility for accidents or injuries.
-There is a pool maintenance person who will clean the pool, hot tub and yard every week that you might see briefly on the property.
-Keyless Entry – Your unique access code will be provided hours before check-in, making arrival seamless and hassle-free.

**There is a $500 damage deposit required for the booking. This will be returned back to you within 72 hours of your check out, only if there are no violations of the house rules and that the house has been returned in its original condition. You will receive a link three days before your check-in to submit the damage deposit.

Safety & House Rules
*Pool & Hot Tub Safety – Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) when in the pool or hot tub. Guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk—the owner is not responsible for any injuries. Please note that the pool is NOT heated.

****Strict No Smoking/Vaping Policy – This home is only for guests who do not ever smoke or vape. Any smoking or vaping will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and any unused days. Note security cameras outside the outhouse on property.****
