Our Family invites your Family( or Spiritual family) to make Great Beach Memories at our second home “BEACH BOUND.”

Come once and you will be back year after year. Beach Bound is located on the Countryside of Gulf Shores in Fort Morgan. Our quiet, pristine neighborhood called Morgan Town will impress you with all of its amenities and almost private beach!
Our family beach home sits on the far, quiet end of Sawgrass Dr. with beautiful Gulf views, peaceful porches, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
Our home is located a few steps from the Boardwalk (about a 60 Second walk) that leads you to the white sandy beach of Fort Morgan where you can build sandcastles, pitch your umbrella & plant your beach chairs to enjoy the Gulf with all the water fun you desire!
Ready to get away from the sand? Enjoy the 2 recently updated neighborhood pools & tennis/ pickle ball courts, both with restrooms and lounge chairs to accommodate guest.
As you return home from the outdoors, BEACH BOUND is bright & cozy with much space to spread out for time with family in the large kitchen as you cook together or quiet time alone on one of our 6 porches. In the downstairs area, families love spending time together in the Large, open bright Kitchen/ Living Area. The Kitchen is well stocked with a large refrigerator/freezer, many dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, air fryer, rice cooker, waffle maker, slow cooker, double ovens, a separate Ice Maker for all your cooler needs and a grand family table where all can gather. The large family room has plenty of seating with a large screen TV.
From the upstairs area there are many beautiful Gulf of America Views! The best views are from the family living room area inside or on the screened porches outside, as well as the second Master Bedroom. The upstairs also has it’s own kitchenette, fully equipped with a second full size refrigerator/ freezer, sink, coffee pot & toaster!

At Beach Bound, you will have plenty of outdoor space, including screened porches, with great seating, a sundeck area, with a charcoal Grill for outdoor cooking, An outdoor shower and plenty of parking..

BEACH BOUND has 5 Bedrooms. 4.5 Bathrooms
(5th room in Bunkroom does not have a closet)

Downstairs: (same floor as kitchen, living room)
Master w/ King Size Bed & EnSuite Bathroom, with a Private Balcony.

Master w/ King Size Bed & EnSuite Bathroom with Gulf Views & a Private Balcony.
One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, full bathroom down the hall.
A Family Bunkroom with an EnSuite Bathroom
First Bedroom in Bunkroom has a Queen Bed, with a set of Twin Bunks, with 2 closets
Second Room has 2 sets of Bunkbeds, Full on the bottom/ twin on the top, No Closet

It Has An Elevator for people or to help with luggage & groceries

NO Pets, Smoking, Outdoor fires of any sort, Weddings, or Private Parties, we only
rent our family home to renters 30 years of age and older. Any evidence of anyone not observing our house rules will lead to immediate eviction with applicable charges for damages incurred.
Spend the week at BEACH BOUND any time of the year.
Enjoy beach fun, shopping, fishing, exploring Fort Morgan, kayaking, nature watching, golf, or any of the many attractions the area has to offer. You will want to return year after year, making many family memories!
