The view from the balcony was amazing. We would sit there every morning and evening, and enjoy the breeze and view. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had all of the basic needs (don’t forget to pack ziploc bags, extra toilet paper and extra paper towels just in case).

Great location in Orange beach. The room was as pictured in the listing and was in good shape. Perfect for what we needed on our beach trip. The grounds of the property were very well taken care of and landscaped. The pools were awesome and we particularly like the large central pool that has an upper and lower pool and an adjacent hot tub. Very easy access to the beach. We would go here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and in good condition. Has a beautiful view and amenities. The only problem I did not like was only one elevator was working, and during our stay the other elevator broke down. So we had to climb 16 flights to the room.

This condo is GORGEOUS!! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, while still feeling like home. I will miss the Speed Queen washer and dryer!! We loved the endless views, and short/easy access to the beach. Everything was perfect!! I would 1000% percent stay in this condo again. Book it if you get the chance!!!

The view to the ocean was great, especially looking West down the beach. The condo was clean and updated. We had an issue, but the property management team rectified it within 24 hours. thanks for a great stay.

Great stay at orange beach, convenient location to grocery store. Onsite security guards were all extremely kind. Good amount of parking. Condo as described- if any “criticism” would wish for better kitchen shears, more plates, and more bed linens/blankets- but not a real issue at all. Condo was very clean. Fridge completely wiped out, bathroom tile all white, all bed linens without major blemishes. Pool was excellent- well cleaned despite frequent use by guests. Pleasantly surprised by 2 additional side pools and bigger whirlpool. Went to about 5 ft or so deep. Loved it!My main delight was the really short board walk with direct ocean access. Also pleasantly surprised by how uncrowded our section of the beach was! They also had a very convenient wash/rinse station at the beach gate. My husband did a wish there were more convenient grills placed on the west side, instead of just at the east section. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Lovely condo, right on the beach, with the best view. Condo was well furnished and in such a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and the property. The unit itself was nice and overall well maintained. It needed a little TLC (ac vent hanging loose, curtain fixed in master, dishwasher leaked), but that is expected. Would stay here again for sure.

Peaceful and Enjoyable

Loved our condo, it was spacious, comfy and spotless. The views were awesome and we spent hours on balcony when we couldn't get to the beach.

Good location but the unit could definitely use a little TLC and cleaning. Unit smelled musty/moldy. Seemed to be more prevalent near the second bedroom/bathroom and back of the unit. Areas of the carpet were stained and worn. Flickering lights in bathroom. Lots of other little/minor things. On our last night, we got home from dinner and both elevators in the building were not operating, so we had to take stairs up to the 16th (top) floor. Called management company, said they were unaware of the situation, but took my number and said they would call back with an update - never did. The next morning (Saturday), the elevators were still not working. Call to management said they are having people out that day to try to repair. No apology or empathy shown. This is their big turnover day, and everyone in the building had to carry all of their luggage down the stairwell. Have stayed at many similar type condos on the Gulf, but would probably not return here. Nice views and pools.

Great unit!

Great stay! Perfect unit for my family of 4. We will rent again. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. Even had a few beach toys in laundry room.
