I’ve been on Vrbo since 2008. It is interesting to watch this process evolve. Here’s the good news: call SeaChase and get automation, get put on hold, and there’s no one to talk to.

Message me through this app and I’m gonna message you back ASAP. I know my two condos inside and out. As sure as I know that I’m losing the hair on the crown of my head, I know my washers and my dryers and my bathrooms at Seachase.

When we bought this condo the first thing we did was throw the old TV's off the balcony.

Next, we bought the big daddy front loaders to wash and dry our towels and swimsuits. Our other place is VRBO #233619 (602 East). We have two (2) two (2) bedroom units. The good news is we go to the condos frequently and we keep them in good shape with all the things you need....cause we need 'em too.

KING TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS IN THE MASTER and KING SERTA SUPREME IN 2ND BEDROOM. High ceilings as we are on the Penthouse level.

If you have ever rented from an absentee owner or through a management company you know what I mean; no baking sheets, no small cups for the kids, blah, blah, blah. Well, that's not us. We have a couple of plastic chairs in the condo in case you want one in the shower or if you get a game of crazy 8's going at the dinning room table.

One of the first things we did was go to WalMart. Of course we did. We wanted to get a toaster, baking sheets, a gumbo pot, a waffle iron, a crock pot and a bag of cheetos. Well, the cheetos are gone now but the other stuff is in the condo to make it comfortable for you.

Comfort height (Handicap) toilets and handheld shower heads are a must. So we got 'em. Huge walk in shower in the Master.

We don't watch a lot of TV when we are at the condo but when we do we like 'em big. Whether it's SEC football, America's Got Talent, Fox News or Iron Chef, we like 'em big. So you can count on us to have big flat panels in the living room and the bedrooms.

The 80 square feet!
Let's talk about the East building. It is the newest of the three (3) buildings. Also, the two (2) bedroom units are 80 square feet bigger than the Center and West towers. Wait til everyone's there and baby starts talking. You'll appreciate that extra 80 square feet. And you couldn't wait for him to start talking. Mom, mom, mom, mom...

Stand alone icemaker. You gotta have it when you are at the beach. So we got one.

TV CABLE is through the Association so all units are the same.

Across the street, the old Delchamp's that became a Bruno's and then was empty is now a WalMart Market. How cool is that? We already had a great location and now WALMART....and Rouse's too. Coffee shops and ice cream all across the street.

If you've been to Seachase, then skip this paragraph because you already know it is awesome. If you have not seen the new pools, you are missing out, and the indoor pool is fantastic. The weight room, sauna, indoor pool and beach area all require an access pass so you know you are among only guests and owners. The new outdoor pools include an infinity pool and a zero entry pool. The new water fountain splash pad is great for kids and there is a kid's pool too.

The weight room has fitness equipment, including an elliptical, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, 2 TV's as well as weight machines. You will love Seachase as much as we do.

Do you remember when Ebay was still a guy selling his old guitar to make a few bucks? Now it is all store fronts for retail merchants. Well, that happened to VRBO. But, you are still in early and we have only two condos and we really own them. Half of the Seachase VRBO's are really management companies posting on VRBO. It kind of defeats the purpose of bringing owners together with guests. I really own it.

Most everything we needed for the week was available in condo. We love the fact there were two king beds because there were two couples.Plenty of towels were awesome as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, amazing balcony view

We loved our stay at your Seachase condo. Very clean and wonderful communication with owner. Enjoyed the property pools and easy access to the gulf. We would definitely stay again, but don’t forget to pack shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Walmart market right across the street for grabbing food and necessities.

Wow! What a view!

You can't beat the view from the balcony! It was so nice to fix a coffee and sit outside and watch the sailboats go by! The condo was super clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a Keurig so bring some K-cups. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels for shower and beach. There were beach chairs and boogie boards, too. The reserved parking spot is a nice bonus. The grounds around the building are well maintained and the pools and hot tubs are very nice. And if you forgot something, Walmart is across the street. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place and great price

We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. 2 king beds and a pull out couch. Nice furniture and TV's and all rooms. The reserved covered parking is awesome! We stayed here more than 10 times and your always looking for a spot. But not here! The communication with the owner is easy and great. He is prompt and has answers. Loved the condo!

Not top floor Penthouse 1 level down

Condo is not a Penthouse top floor. It is a nice condo with great views but in need of a deep clean. The floors need good deep cleaning. The owner is very responsive and kind but should consider a new cleaning service. Coffee makers were not cleaned and one still had old coffee sitting in it from previous renters. Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned with rugs still wet w/ foot prints from previous guest ..dining table dirty..purchased our own new coffee maker & sheets out of concern of cleanliness. It is a nice condo..just needs some deep cleaning. Owner should consider a better cleaning service. Owner is super responsive and very nice. Just wish the condo was cleaned properly and description reflected that this condo is not a Top Floor Penthouse. We enjoyed the condo but did not want to have to do all cleaning after driving 12 hours. We appreciated the owners quick response and hope the owner was able to get things correct for the next guest. We appreciate the quick response of owner as well as recommendations. We have traveled to Orange Beach for over 20 years and this our 4th visit to Seachase and our 1st disappointment at Seachase. Pictures were immediately taken and sent to owner upon our arrival. Owner offered to have cleaning services come correct the issues but we opted to clean ourselves due to the initial job done upon arrival. Again..the owner of this Condo is great in quickly responding. I would recommend once cleaning issues are corrected.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, well taken care of and had everything we needed. Great location with easy beach access. I would definitely use 1102E again if given the opportunity!

Great location. Unit was nice. Lots of amenities that you normally do not get in a rental unit; towels, Kuerig, and more Only suggestion would be to clean the blinds in the bedrooms as they are pretty dusty. Overall, great view an ideal location

Our original booking for a different property was canceled at the last minute, and I lucked up on this property…..and I’m glad it happened that way now. This property was perfect in every way. The balcony views were amazing. You were just a few steps from the beach and the condo pools were all super nice. The location to everything was awesome as well. Right across the street is Walmart to stock up on groceries on day 1. The covered parking spot was a huge plus as well. The condo was super clean, and there were ample supplies of towels for all. There was even a stash of beach towels although we didn’t need them as we brought our own. The owners thought of every thing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Condo!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was as described. The pots and pans were actually usable! They had a huge pot to boil shrimp and crawfish in! The best thing was the waffle maker! Our boys loved breakfast each morning! It was so nice staying somewhere that the owner cared enough to have nice things for the guests! The blankets in the living room were soft and made you want to lay on the balcony at night and listen to the ocean. They had plenty of towels to use! The view was amazing! The beds were so comfortable. They had a closet with some beach toys in it, so we didn't have to go buy any, although our boys did, and we just left them there for the next guest. We couldn't get the tv to cooperate and in one text, the owner quickly had us watching the football game! We will always stay here on our beach trips! Also, being able to go straight to the beach was great! W

Clean condo, comfy beds, great location

We had a great stay at 1102E SeaChase. The condo was very clean—no sand on the floor, no dust on the counters, clean drawers and cabinets. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of seating, and the kitchen had almost all we needed. A little touch but so noteworthy were the rugs on either side of both beds. We never tracked sand into the beds as a result. An ice machine in the freezer plus one on the bar meant we never ran out. Chris was a great host, very prompt in replying when we reached out. We love SeaChase and would rent this unit again.

Better Than Advertised

I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this place was so wonderful that I felt I had to write a review. This condo was even better than its pictures. Usually, after the initial awe of a new place, you start finding little things wrong, NOT here. Everything and everywhere was immaculate. Everything was as nice on day 6 as it was when we came through the door. I rarely recommend a place to stay but this is one I will have no trouble recommending. Again, this condo is better than its pictures. We had a terrific stay and hope to stay again.

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location. The only thing that could have made it better was not the fault of the owner. Two units next door were remodeling and every morning the drilling and sawing began around 7:15 am. The noise wasn’t a problem but, the sawdust blowing on our balcony was. We could not enjoy morning coffee for the blowing sawdust covering everything. All things considered it was a good stay.

Seachase going downhill

We enjoyed our condo but Seachase is looking a little run down. The entrance to our building was partially blocked due to a huge dumpster for construction going on (which we weren't told about). Also, the smoking access is ridiculous. The designated areas are NOT convenient, NOT covered, most of them have nowhere to sit, hard for older and/or handicapped to walk to and from. The pools are nice. Access to the beach: There is a huge drop at the end of the wooden wallkways where you step off into the sand. It is also inconvenient for older and/or handicapped to access the beach, not to mention unsafe. The condo owner is great, no issues with him. We used to LOVE Seachase. We probably won't be staying there again unless they make it more safe and convenient for people with mobility issues or amend the smoking policy/designated smoking areas.
