"We arrived late due to weather and there was no one at the desk to help us. We waited, tried calling on their phone, looked all over. Another vehicle had someone sleeping in it because they couldn't get anyone, either. Basically, the front desk was not manned and check-out was not available. We found a number for assistance for the owner of the hotel and he wasn't able to help - just gave us the number to the front desk which was vacant. We had to book another hotel and pay a late booking fee....

"My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal"

"My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. "

"Hotel muito antigo e precisa ser renovado. A limpeza deixa a desejar, chão do banheiro e da cozinha grudava o chinelo de tão sujo. O café da manhã é grab and go e tem apenas café e muffin, ainda bem que a recepção nos falou como era, assim passamos no supermercado para comprar nosso café da manhã. As recepcionistas são muito simpáticas e solicitas. Não recomendo nem por 1 noite."

"i never write bad reveiws, but i feel an obligation to warn people with familys not to go here. if you are down on your luck and need a cheap place to stay and are trained in self defense then this is the place for you. if you are a family on vacation dont even slow down anywhere near this place. the whole place was nasty, the people coming and going in and out were sketchey to say the least. the room looked like the 3 stooges did the construction. people were yelling in the halls and beating on...
