"Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. "We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available. The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower. It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"The resort is in a nice location and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the room itself is quite run down (stained carpet, chipped furniture, broken blinds). There is no A/C, so the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening. The ceiling fan, and the extra fan the hotel provides, didn’t really help to cool the room down."

"Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay"

"The hotel is very charming and well-organized, the staff is very attentive, and the location is excellent. I really liked it because there's a bicycle shop right in front, and I was able to cycle for a long time in Vitória. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend it."
