"The hosts were very accommodating to our late arrival. They also provided an excellent breakfast in our room the next morning - my wife had a delicious omelette and I had the “Dutch Baby”, so good! We stayed in the Library Room, very comfy and cosy. Close to Victoria Airport. I highly recommend a night or romantic weekend here. "

The location is unbeatable for people who like to walk or cycle. The rooms are large, full of old world ambiance, with comfortable beds and quality linens. "The room that we had was excellent - very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent - very unique and tasty. One evening tried their Prime Rib dinner and really enjoyed that! Would definitely stay there again when in Victoria!"

"We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! "

"Our room was a very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The tub was jetted and the shower was amazing!! Heritage house room 5 had a sweet balcony too which was a nice enjoyable addition. The extra free treats provided were an added bonus for our stay: flight of spinnakers beer, delectable chocolates and discount coupon for breakfast. The brewers breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for a relaxing weekend getaway. "
