This house is ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.

The gite

Ideal holiday home for a couple, or a family of 4 (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children).

If you are interested in renting a house for 2 to 4 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:

-Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

-Pleasant living room with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,

-2 bedrooms: 1 parental bedroom of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a small bedroom of 7 m² with 2 bunk beds in 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closet,

-Bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC

These houses are heated by electric heating.

A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 4 chairs) as well as two plastic armchairs to relax.
The 3 apartments for 2/4 people are located opposite the playground and are adjoining.
House No. 13 is semi-detached with house No. 12.

The barbecue is to be shared between the three apartments for 2/4 people.

Free WIFI: 1 connection per person declared in the contract.
