Sitting on the deck playing cards was lots of fun. The dogs had plenty of yard to run and loved swimming in the river. "

"We only stayed one night. We came to Batesville for the White River Wonderland, which we enjoyed very much. Definitely could not have asked for a better view! The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. The only complaints I have was the floors should have had a once over just before our arrival. Also, fireplace was badly in need of a cleaning out."

"Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!"

"Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! "

"5 adults.Only negative was the accuracy of walk to town. It was longer than expected and sidewalk was right on side of highway with nothing between you and cars going 30-40 miles an hour. Even big trucks also passing by. Not really a safe walk for older adults."
