"We had a pleasant stay at the property. I had family in the area, so our days were always packed, which means we couldn't take advantage of some of the amenities offered (like the hot-tub and some of the games), but the fact they were available was great. The house was well stocked, so we were never faced with a shortage of necessities (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc.), and my five year old loved the toys at the property (especially the blocks). "It fit the needs for our family well! We enjoyed watching the sun rise in the distant mountains in the east, and the sunset from the distant mountains to the west. Also enjoyed watching the many chipmunks and had deer come almost right up to the cabin Only drawback was 4 miles of rough gravel to get there. But overall, we had a very enjoyable time."

"While the location was lovely and the caretaker did an excellent job cleaning and letting us know about the property, we were disappointed with the property descriptions listed on VRBO which should have included information about the twin bed. The twin bed was an inconvenience as it was a small bed in the house up the hill accessed by unsteady steps. The owner could invest in better pillows for sleeping as well as a better stocked kitchen for eating and food preparation."

"Cabin was perfect for my husband, me, and our dog. Very well stocked with everything you need, but if you do need something the Divide market is just 10 to 15 min away. Kayla(our dog) loved the big fenced in yard. We seen deer and turkeys just about everyday. Cooked most of our meals at cabin, but enjoyed the pizza at McGintys in Divide and the mexican food at Baja Billys in Cripple Creek. Hope to stay here again."

"This place is nice if you want to get away from it all to relax and do almost nothing. It is 99% stocked like the other reviews said. Had paper towels, toilet paper, silverware, plates, salt, pepper, etc. Hot tub is nice. No houses right next door in view so it feels like you’re mostly secluded. 20 minutes to cripple creek, 30 minutes to base of pikes peak, 1:15 to royal gorge. 10 minutes to a grocery store. Really was a great stay."

"We had an excellent time at Kyla's cabin. The pictures online do not do the place justice for how cute and homey it is. We loved that we were tucked away on a dirt road with very close access (20-30 min) to the spots we were fishing. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was off the beaten path and quiet. The house had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the volleyball court down the road and seeing deer right outside the house. It's a bit of a drive to all the activities in the area but not too bad if you plan for the extra drive time. We'd definitely go back!"

"We love this place. No complaints! The was firm but we were very comfortable. I loved opening the doors every morning. My hubby kept the hummingbird feeder full. we were so entertained watching them. We saw deer and a double rainbow. We even saw a bear while driving down the mountain. It’s perfect for 2 people, maybe 4 we will be back! "

I would have liked our hillside room to have shades that allowed us to view outside, like a screened shade, in addition to the blackout shade for sleeping.
