Holiday home for 9 people in Güevejar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.

This new accommodation completes our three rural houses in the town of Güevéjar, completely renovated during 2017, offering the traveller proximity to Granada and at the same time enjoying its extensive facilities of summer and winter lounges, games area, spectacular terrace with views of Granada and the mountains and its beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and relaxation area.

The house is ideal for families with small children as we have designed the bedrooms as family rooms, each with a double bed and bunk beds or beds for children.

The house is prepared to accommodate 12 travellers, 9 adults maximum, it is distributed on three floors occupying an area of approximately 300 square metres. On the first floor, as accessed by stairs, we find a large living room, all occupied by large sofas and a pellet fireplace. On this floor there is the dining room, a bathroom with a shower and the kitchen. From there, we access the beautiful terrace and also from there, the pool. Once we reach the pool, we enter the winter living room with a fireplace and a living area. There is also a games area with table football and an electronic dartboard and air hockey.

On the upper floor there are three family bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower.

We do not accept birthdays, parties, music or bachelor parties.
