You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. "Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Sohn in das Hotel gefahren, um den Pool zu nutzen. Leider war der komplette Spa Bereich gesperrt und man hat das bei der Buchung nicht erfahren. "
