"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. Every member of staff were super friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again for Guernsey. The only downside was lack of car parking. Sic spaces which are first come first serve basis but we luckily didn't have any trouble."

"Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel."

Our maid/housekeeping attendant was called Navjot, special mention for her efficient and excellent service, she made our stay very comfortable. Nice touch with arrangement of towels etc. Only unfortunate aspect is noise from private events on Fri and Sat in one or two of the ground floor rooms, the music did...

I found it be peaceful, I was at the rear of the property, and particularly liked the second door into the room, which I'm shielded me from any hallway activity. "Staff very welcoming and helpful - responded swiftly and accurately to everything asked, but the property is tired and requires extensive maintenance. Pool been shut for 2 years and Heath Spa now shut as well. Breakfast was really quite good. Location suited us as was a short walk to event we were attending nearby."
